We will definitely be back! Our room was lovely with couch, chair, desk, coffee table and in tv in front room, also a powder room. A comfy king bed in the bedroom, nice size with a 2nd tv. What a lovely view we had…green grassy landscaped area with park like setting. It was an accessible room which my husband needed.

Breakfast was so-so. The main issue was that it was self serve…no problem with that but silverware and napkins were not placed where easily seen. It would help if a few tables had settings (cup, glass and silverware/ napkin. That would save the scavenger hunt for each item.

The location and room were great. The on-site restaurant was the best part of the stay. They had a great menu which included great happy hour specials on drinks and food.

Was overcharged for the room. The rate was already supposed to include taxes and fees but those charges were added again. Also, my booking included a 25USD property credit but most of the staff at the counter did not know about this. Luckily, a great manager came to the rescue and helped me get that credit applied to my restaurant tab.

Everything was beautiful easy to get to and staff was helpful with directions to parking our room was amazing ! Perfect size for two people and our room was right next to the courtyard looking overtop the city everything was perfect

Nothing that would change my mind about coming back but the two hotels in one building was a little confusing try to take the wrong elevator to our room but we just laughed it off no biggie

Great location. Comfortable rooms and beds. Gina at the front desk was so kind and welcoming. Good option for Baltimore inner harbor. We only stayed one night for a concert. The room was very clean and fit all of us comfortably. No complaints here!

Unfortunately they ran out of linens and we weren’t able to get any extra blankets, pillows, or towels, even though we had four occupants.

We did not have breakfast at the Hotel. Breakfast was not complimentary. Line was long at the restaurant. Very close to the aquarium. when we booked they said that they were close to the arena and the hotel was not.

we got there at 3p and there was a long line at the lobby. we could not check in til 5pm which made us late for our event. the area was sold out and they should have provided extra staff.

Location and comfort.

Older room design. Bifold closet door was shaky and dangerous. Half door on bathroom needs to be closed to open entrance door. Push button lamps require two hands to operate. Everything else was great!

Loved the views and look, great Starbucks. Didn't get to go to the restaurant so not sure. Walking distance to restaurants the bloggers discussed.

A little confusing and not prepared that there were with 2 hotels in one but easily figured out. food should have been included for the perfect stay since everyone was at Starbucks the food clearly could've been the center piece. The libe was 10to 15.mins long just to get the order. Had to find staff at the front desk that would go on lengthy conversations as we waited for the car already called and Starbucks for 15mins, lots of waiting post hospital visit.

Location is great, facilities are comfortable and clean, staff is friendly and helpful.

I didn't like that my registration clearly stated that "breakfast costs US$1 per person per night" but I was charged US$17.

The fact that the hotel was in the heart of downtown was very convenient. I very much enjoyed my stay and seeing the sites. This was my very first time staying in Baltimore. It was a birthday trip. I would definitely come back.
