It was very clean, the breakfast was great and the location was good. We didn't interact with the staff much, but when we did they were very nice and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

There wasn't anything that made the experience bad. I would stay here again. There were a few things I didn't like. I didn't like that there wasn't parking. But there was a garage very close, and I could see that there wasn't any where a parking lot could go for that location I hated the bathroom door in our room. It didn't feel like there was enough privacy when sharing a room with two other adults and a child. It was hard to open and close and it couldn't be latched closed.

Atmosphere in hotel. Friendliness of staff. Convenient to John Hopkins location. The bathroom shampoo and conditioner as well as soap i must say we're excellent high quality products. Valet service expedient service very nice. Excellent continental breakfast offerings.

The tv service in room didn't work over an hour on phone with trouble shoot service could not fix had no tv. Had no issue with wifi connection per phone service people. Front desk could not fix moved us to new room. We wound up just watching our phones for tv.. little disappointed. But overall hotel and staff are very accommodating.

Pros: Location, Front Desk and Kitchen Staff, and complimentary breakfast *The location of the hotel is perfect! It is close to plenty of restaurants and Whole foods market. The Front desk attendants were extremely friendly and understanding. Tyesha, in particular, was very polite and took our experience into her hands to ensure that we will return as a Hyatt customer. Another Front Desk Attendant was nice enough to make a complimentary drink for my Mom and I on my birthday. The kitchen staff was awesome! I notified them that I wasn't a fan of the breakfast meat choice and they provided a substitute.

Cons: The bathroom and microwave *So upon arriving to our room, I've discovered that the bathroom wasn't fully clean. I saw hair on the toilet seat and hair on the shower curtain. I notified the front desk and Tyesha was highly concerned. They wanted to clean out room again but there was no need since I travel with disinfectant wipes and cleaned the bathroom myself. Also, there are no microwave in the rooms.

The room was a good size, breakfast was good, staff was friendly and all the spaces I used (bar, lounge area and room) were clean. Two complaints: one of the days there was no cool for the bar / restaurant so I could not get dinner there is the first. Second, there were a few hours between when room service came and cleaned my room and took used towels and replaced them with new ones which was an inconvenience when I needed to get ready / shower

Location was great, walkable to fells point and the harbor (aquarium) ...the drive to the zoo was only 11 minutes which was nice. Staff was friendly front desk did fail to tell me that you need to use the room key to utilize elevator so my family and I thought we were stuck on the elevator for 5 minutes ... extremely funny now but at the time not so much! You need to make reservations for the pool at first I thought this was ridiculous but the pool is very small so it is nice to reserve the pool.

Was not impressed with the breakfast or coffee ended up walking to dunkin (right around the corner) and starbucks (an easy 7 min walk). The sheets on the pull out couch were dirty (everything else seemed clean)

The location and the room

The elevators smelled of dog pee. Just nasty. The parking fees and other fees being charged at a high rate and I did not use that service. The high cost of parking at the hotel was ridiculous. The food and bar are a joke. Also what us the deal with trying to upchargr to watch TV. Ridiculous with the room rate being so expensive.

I really want to thank the housekeeping staff member who helped me recover my headphones. There is much to be said about a team with honesty and integrity. As a supervisor myself, I know it can be hard to form a good team, but what I saw during my stay and afterward can only be described as 10-out-of-10 service and professionalism. Everything was great

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast. The location was great, within walking distance of the Aquarium and the rest of the harbor. Safe area, we were good walking around with our family.

The pool is small, and be aware, you have to reserve times to use it.

The property was well maintenanced, staff had great hospitality including the valet workers, and the location was perfect for near by restaurants and activities.

Our tv was not working on our room and the pool was small. However, there was times to book for the pool to avoid overcrowding.

Location was great, complimentary Breakfast, easy non valet parking right behind building for $5, quiet at night, great city views, right about the block from little italy, also restaurants left and right walking distance

The night audit pre authorization charges, they are fall but still.
