Location, Parking, very friendly staff, easy check in across the street from the outdoor mall and next door is Target Ubers are easy to get and pick you up right in front of the hotel.

When I went to my spacious room studio it was stunning, until I saw the bed practically on the floor, my husband said it was probably on a platform, no biggie until it was time for bed at 12:30 am and I realized that that bed needed a boxspring, I took pictures and went to the front desk and explained to the lady the situation and I said I am sure there she looked at me and said I can change your room and I checked you have a handicap room. Which was not requested or needed. She gave me another room that was not handicap and it did have a box spring.

They charger for parking which is kinda stupid because it's not in the civic. I guess they just want to make more money other than that. it was a new hotel and it was clean. But I do not agree with the charger for parking $30.Dollars fee will I stay here only if I'm in Watertown area other then that I rather stay in the city? If im getting charge for parking

Room was comfortable and had a good layout if you were going to be there for an extended stay. We didn't use the kitchen but it was complete. Okay breakfast. Located right next to a new shopping zone with stores and restaurants (Starbucks, poke bowls, etc.) Good for the teen companions. Had to pay for parking, but maybe that is to be expected in the area. Take it into account when comparing prices!

This residence inn, a LEEDS facility, must be newly built or renovated 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽. Expensive, but it’s Boston with Harvard nearby AND it’s MORE than just a bed in a room. Front desk was very helpful. We called from the airport requesting early check-in and got it. Room was very very clean. Kitchen was spotless, even the dishes glasses silverware sparkled. Regular complimentary breakfast was ok, bacon eggs juice waffles muffins yogurt fruit etc.

Guess we didn’t stay long enough for negatives, although my husband thought the toilet tissue could be better quality.

My first night stay was great, room was very nice and clean and comfortable. We added on a second night and had to change rooms and the room smelled like cigarettes so bad. The blinds wouldn’t close, the bed was broken. Def was a crappy room. The first night was so much better

The studio is nice and clean. Bed and sofa are very comfortable and we enjoyed the bathroom. The kitchen was well equipped for a short stay. The breakfast was tasty with different options each day. Staff was also very nice and helpful.

The AC is definitely a plus but the moment we stopped it, temperature would get really high. 4h after we turned it off the temperature reached 30°. If turned on only the sleeping area was cooled. A bit far by the city center by public transport.

I liked the cleanliness of the facility and our suite had everything that was necessary for a comfortable stay

Could of changed up the breakfast a little. If you stay a few days it gets boring. Felt the cleaning fee of $150 was a little steep for having a pet since you charge $30 a night extra anyway

The breakfast was good with a variety of options to eat. The location was desirable with nice restaurants and shopping within walking distance t the hotel. The bed and bedding were very comfortable.

The location is right by the Arsenal Mall area, which was great. Room was a great size, and I loved the layout. The mirror area outside the bathroom was great to get ready, because it had good lighting and an electrical outlet! So I could do my hair and makeup while someone else was in the bathroom.

Bed was very bouncy - could feel every movement of the other person.
