Our room was clean and comfortable and the staff was helpful and kind. The large bathroom was nice and the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in large size on the wall were so much better than little bottles on the counter. Breakfast was good, hot and cold choices available. We rested well while exploring Boston.

We had narrowed it down to several choices of where to stay and the pool was what won us over. We were on a celebration trip with our granddaughter who is a swimmer and the water is a big deal for her. We checked out the pool, got changed and went back to find the pool had been closed and it didn't open again while we were there. It was very disappointing. Other than this, we had a great stay.

Hotel was nice and clean, comfty and spacious rooms. Was able to check-in on the app and get into my room quickly. breakfast was ok and simple, but i noticed the food was better cooked and prepared on the 2nd or 3rd day, versus the first day of us staying there. lots of parking and right next to a chic fil a which was nice. Plenty of options in the area for food and light shopping.

the indoor pool says its heated, but it definitely was not! It had a nice patio area, just wish it had some umbrellas for shade. the AC in our room was barely blowing out cold air- the offered to have the mechanic come up and he did come quickly, but we were relaxing for the night so we just dealt with the AC the way it was. The do housekeeping every other day, which was ideal for us. When they did come, they didnt even bother vacuuming the rug or cleaning up the trash in the room, which should be a definite EVERYTIME!

Was met at check-in by the most delightful young lady! The power had flickered, and took a while for computers to come back up. She was very apologetic towards the situation, even though it was beyond her control. Gave us a suggestion for fireworks, and they were magnificent! Did not get her name, but JCZERNY2 was on receipt. Corporate needs to take notice of this remarkable employee, and keep her on your team!

The workers at the front desk and breakfast hall were very nice. Facilities were modernized, which we liked. The pool was nice. We liked the convenience of the location and the facilities offered (workout, pool, laundry, common area with WiFi, bar, etc.)

First night there, we noticed some old food bites on our carpet and hair in the bathroom. So our room wasn’t cleaned right, which we didn’t like. However, we didn’t let in cleaning because we were only there for two days and liked to sleep in. The bed was very uncomfortable for both of us and hurt our backs after the second night.

The hotel was very clean and surprisingly quiet, perfect for a good night’s sleep. We stayed for four nights and really enjoyed our time. Having a Starbucks and Chick-fil-A right nearby was super convenient, especially when we were short on time.

We stayed with our baby and used a high chair at breakfast every day. However, it was always dirty, so I had to wipe it down myself before each meal.

The Hotel was very well maintained and the decor very modern and trendy. The location was excellent; not too close to heavy traffic where noise would be an issue, but close enough that everything was either a short drive or walk to dining, shopping or the highway. The room was clean and spacious and the view from the 5th floor was great at night. The free parking was a delight! The Staff at check-in and check-out were pleasant and welcoming.

There was nothing I did not like about the property.

Comfortable and clean. Friendly staff. Plenty of parking. Plowed on snow day. Great location to Boston, Salem, and Concord. We also went to Plymouth Rock and Cape Cod (Nauset lighthouse) and those were also within 2 to 2.5 hrs drive depending on traffic.

Breakfast choices were the same 3 out of 4 days. Would like more options. Plain scrambled eggs was better than the egg fritatas. No cheese. Potatoes were running out by 9 am and none was brought out in the last hour. Should keep food available until 10 am if those are the hours.

This hotel is close enough to downtown Boston to be able to drive in without issue but far enough to not worry about too much busyness. Located in Woburn, there are plenty of restaurants and businesses around to grab a meal or do some quick shopping. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are decently maintained and quiet.

The area around the hotel has quite a bit of traffic, so it makes things difficult to drive around.

The Breakfast was great for me and there was fresh cut fruit the first day but none the next day but that ok because it was like a treat and there was fruit in a basket. there much to choose from, waffles, oatmeal with nuts and dried fruit, bagels cream cheese, I personally made myself a breakfast sandwich with the sausage patties and the western omelets. and there was yogurts.

I have nothing that I didn't like about my stay. well I could not see the sunrise or sunset from my room. How selfish is that. maybe a suggestion box or board for the guest to make request for breakfast.

Easy on/off highway, felt like a safe location, close to shopping (we didn’t, but can see where this would be liked by some), next door/just across the parking lot from a good eatery (eat in, take out, drive thru), close to our destination in Boston. We did the to go breakfast, which was bagel, pb/j (tore pieces of bagel, dipped-worked well, actually), fruit, bottled water, & all important napkins (maybe a wet wipe would be nice). Appreciated there were plenty made up, so clearly we weren’t the only ones. Friendly staff. As we departed, I was glad to see sign in front door stating hours doors locked, for safety, thank you for that. The building smelled clean, although maybe because of our check in time there was a lot of dirty linens in the hallways (thought housekeeping put them into baskets; were we supposed to place our dirty linens in the hallway before we left? Never did this before anywhere, however maybe it is customary & we missed that directive. If so, we apologize.). We would stay here again (given our travel distance, highly likely ). Great shower, and being able to turn on/adjust before getting in was a plus, nice bathroom. Quiet stay; clean; comfortable, easy to book on line. Kudos to your team! Thank you all!!
