Very impressive hotel. Well-maintained. Rooms spacious & very clean. Restaurant & bar right off the hotel lobby was welcoming & had a very nice menu. The hotel staff that we encountered were all extremely friendly and helpful. Outstanding staff from the front desk to the bartender to the restaurant hostess, etc.

Our only disappointment was the breakfast arrangement. Restaurant was not open to order from a full breakfast menu. We had to drive miles away to Conway. The only option at the hotel was limited takeout from the hotel store.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff is courteous and professional. We liked the ski-in/ski-out feature and skied two days at Attitash. The price for the room was more than $200 cheaper than the Grand Summit at Mt. Snow in Vermont, a deciding factor in terms of where we chose to go. We ate both nights in the restaurant and had great meals, also reasonably priced. The hot-tub, sauna, and heated pool were nice amenities after a day on the slopes.

The hotel and the restaurant seemed a bit short staffed at times, but the staff that was there was wonderful. We booked last minute and had a kitchenette with a Murphy bed. The mattress was not the best quality. The hotel is not connected to the ski area, which is a bit strange for a slope-side accommodation, so you could not buy lift tickets at the hotel. But that only presented a minor inconvenience.

The pool and amenities were lovely. The staff were knowledgeable and friendly. The sauna was enjoyable after a long day of walking at a local attraction.

The queen bed that pulls out from the wall was a bit uncomfortable. It would not stop me from booking it again, awesome room and great value. Food and alcohol beverages pool side with little kids running around was not the highlight. Our family still enjoyed the pool in the shallow end. The hot tubs were crowded as people were using them as additional pool space to swim and play.

We were upgraded to a bigger room. Staff was very friendly. Recommended a good restaurant as it seemed there wasn't much around and our experience in other parts of NH is everyone closes really early!

Not sure what was going on, but we arrived around 5 and still couldn't check in. Seemed like the cleaning staff was very overwhelmed for some reason. So we went to dinner and came back at 7. The lady at the desk had many fires to put out. They ended up giving us an upgraded room for our inconvenience.

Take a look at room before we check in. Last year stove didnt work, toaster was broke and this year the cupboard door was hanging and almost fell on my grand daughter. Dont get me wrong the room was great both times I just feel that a better walk through to ensure there is no safety issues. We do love it there and will be back

Nice location, central to everything we were doing. Comfortable and quiet and family friendly. Breakfast was good.

The restaurant on site didn't open during a few days and the other food place closes at 5. We weren't expecting this and ended up eating granola bars our first night. Also would have been convenient to have the little store open as everything closes around 5 and the nearest store was a half hour drive away. Also the lock on our patio door was broken.

The location is perfect! Very close to all the shopping and restaurants in North Conway. The heated outdoor pool and hot tubs were awesome!

We booked a standard room which was ok but just a bed and no chairs to sit in. The room was a good size with a rather small tv. The food was expensive. In the morning, we went down to get a coffee $10 for 2 coffees that were on par with Cumberland farms gas station coffee. It's a nice place but pricey.

Beautiful property. Dining at the tap house was delicious. Really nice to have a kitchenette in room. K cup coffee machine was nice. Pool was nice and warm. Cornhole and firepits were cute. Beautiful views and a cute playground for kids.

The beds weren’t the most comfortable, but being a pull out studio bed and a pull out sofa, it was expected. Parking didn’t seem ample, and was kind of far to go with luggage, but they do offer carts.

It was a number of years going back to 2017 or before, my last trip to The Grand Summit Hotel. Pleasantly I was over joyed by the Cleanliness, everywhere, lobby, rooms, bathroom hallways, everything was refreshed and new carpets, throughout. The Staff was so helpful joyful at their jobs. Asked for a quiet room and early check-in, and received both. Truly overjoyed, the pool area, sauna and fitness facility was spotless.

I’ve stayed at Grand Summit’s before - Killington and Okemo. This one was a bit run down. Bummer that the restaurant wasn’t open ( Monday and Tuesday), the breakfast place was out of yogurt. Cleaning people sprayed disinfectant and vacuumed right next to me having breakfast.
