Nice and quiet! Set back off the main rd! I was pretty much in the back behind the office! Our little house was extremely clean and comfortable! Great place for my dog "Louie" to explore!

I was looking forward to swimming with Louie in the large stream/ wading pool in the woods behind Motel! Unfortunately, water was too low and extremely rocky! No biggie!! Louie and I will definitely be back soon! Probably when it's cooler weather! It was close to 90° most of the time we were there! Exploring around New Hampshire and Maine was very fun!! Highly recommend The Villager Motel in Bartlette,NH

The room was it's own little building with our own parking space and porch. It was recently updated and painted with a cooktop, big sink, and a refurbished bathroom with our own on-demand water heater. It included kitchen pots and skillets, plates, bowls, silverware, mini fridge and microwave. Very quiet area with lots of trees and grass and they were starting to prep the outdoor pool for the summer.

The room did seem like it was missing shelving for all the cookware ( it was stacked up on the counter and little table), but I honestly think they had just updated the room and didn't quite get that part done yet. The only real issue is the room smelled like cigarette smoke, I'm not sure what the smell is stuck in but we had to spray the room regularly with deoderizer as it would just keep coming back a few hours later. The new owners just bought the place, I'm sure they will tackle this problem as they are able.

I can't say enough about the villager and the owners. My man and I go as many times as we can get away from the hustle and bustle of an over housed apartment and my 3 kids . And we are never disappointed and the only time it was a bummer wasn't something the owners could control the power pole was hit or something and the power went out but by the time we came back from dinner the lights were already back on and mind you we have been going here for I'd say a couple years now and hands down the only hotel/motel I'll rent from around there had a bad stay at a different hotel the villager is our favorite Clean.- we have privacy it's quiet - no one bugs us- we get to enjoy each other as adults it's important when having a family to take couple time just mom and dad time

Just not going to get one night for now on two night minimum sense we never want to leave

Located near all Summer/winter attractions. Very quiet. Super comfy pillows - not often found in the hotels/motels. Good bed mattresses too. Clean. Ac was quiet and worked good.

The tv did not work properly. The volume couldn’t be adjusted. Room has not enough light. The wall plugs by the window did not work and in the morning my phone was dead / I needed it for the hike. The room arrangement was kind of strange but I do not really care as long as beds and pillows are good

We love everything about the villager the owner the rooms king suite with kitchenette is our favorite room and the rooms aren't outdated there recently cleaned and don't have to worry about bugs we are regulars there and we check every-time and there isn't any

The fact I was asked one night or two I said one then regretted it the next day had to rent somewhere else that was a bad experience next time I'm getting two nights and learning my lesson I paid more the second night for someplace else and it was horrible

It was a perfect spot and everything was up to par. The breakfast had a very good selection the kids liked it. And the mini golf outside the Motel was Great.. Such fun.

We didn't use the pull out couch which my grandson wanted to use. But when we opened it, it looked like a couple of used tissue were in it and just turned us off. So he has to sleep on couch which was a bit uncomfortable for him. But we managed.

They must have just remodeled the cottage (#11) I was in and it was really nice and comfortable. It featured a king bed, and a living room/sitting area with a kitchenette (which I didn't use). Because it was recently remodeled I think they intend to add a lamp or two so you can read at night. I'd definitely come back. As a side note, I often came to this motel in the 1980's, 1990's, 2000's. With the remodeling, it's definitely BACK! The outdoor pool is very well maintained. It was heated to a perfect temperature.

Room was very clean and somewhat updated. Had a small kitchen, which we did not use. They provide lots of shampoo and body wash. Check in/out was easy. Would definitely stay again.

Little things - the toilet paper holder was broken. TV was at an angle that we could not easily watch tv from bed. Shower water temperature was very hard to get right. More towels would have been better. But none of these things would deter me from staying again.

This is my second time at the villager motel and they never disappoint I loved the room i loved that it is clean when some of the reviews for this motel are very deceiving and there liars I have had only great experiences at the villager motel in Bartlett NH thank you to the owners, housekeepers, maintainers of the property for always making our couples getaway amazing we will be back again!!

I have absolutely nothing I didn't like about the property. Can't wait to come back
