Although the hotel is a few years old, it was very clean and well preserved. Great place to stay as it is near the Newark Airport and the George Washington Bridge to go to Manhattan. There was great free parking here also. The Customer Service persons who booked me in and out of the hotel were fabulous and a pleasure to deal with.

The fact there is no full day restaurant available at the hotel. ALSO, there should be food plates and culinary in the rooms with microwave ovens. Other than this, everything else was great.

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Decent amount of room. Endless supply of hot water

The fridge wasn't plugged in, so I had to figure that out and wait for it to get to temperature. The bedside lamp buzzed loudly. I had no control over the temperature or fan in the room. I tried the thermostat and the actual unit and none of the buttons did anything. It was 69*F and noisy off and on. There was only one working elevator. I was on the 8th floor and I got to the front desk, by taking the stairs, faster (and dizzier) than the people ahead of me in line for the elevator.

A good location with easy access to the city, but in a highly walkable location. Fantastic comfy beds, and a great shower.

Only one elevator working, which was a bit of an issue at times, more so for the poor maids than for the customers. Our bathroom had evidently suffered from some flooding at some point which had caused water damage to the units and left a somewhat funky smell of old damp wood. Despite booking a King room like usual, was placed in a somewhat smaller room than the last few times I have used this hotel. The room was still an ok size, but lacking in a seating area which I had come to expect from this location.

The first room I walked into the bathroom was leaking from the ceiling and the floor was flooded. That was on the fourth floor. The air conditioning wasn’t on. It wasn’t really ready. Nobody inspected it to know. I was moved up to the eighth floor. The room was freezing cold it was excellent. The pillows were decent. The bed was comfortable. The comforter was comfortable. The television played the shower. The next morning was good all in all the eighth floor was a nice experience. The fourth floor was a disaster.

Englewood has a cute town center with lots of restaurants. It's very close to the George Washington Bridge and is an easy hop into the north end of Manhattan (depending on traffic) by bus or car. The NJ Transit Bus Terminal at the other end of the bridge is clean and easy to navigate and connects with the A Train, or you can bus all the way to Port Authority from the hotel.

The hotel should include breakfast in the price. The bus stop is an easy 15 minute walk from the hotel but you wouldn't want to walk it at night. The area is kind of industrial.

The room was nice and the view just fine but the location was a bit far from everything, the only shop around was a convenient store. if I wanted something better I would have to make a 30 minutes walk to center of Englewood.

Although I paid in cash, as I had to give the credit card details as guarantee, I was charged around usd 221,xx unfairly that hasn't been returned yet to the account.

I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza in Englewood and had a great experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service throughout my stay. The hotel’s location in Englewood was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. One of the highlights was the delicious breakfast and the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I would highly recommend the Crowne Plaza in Englewood for anyone looking for a pleasant and convenient stay.

Shower

Slamming doors all night and all morning and the people where blasting their music and then my last night at the hotel at 10:30pm they said do you wanna switch rooms like really at 10:30 at night when I was scheduled because I had surgery to get done at 6 o’clock in the morning I stayed there for four nights. They wouldn’t even give me one night back of my pay. You know what they said here will give you a complementary coffee at two dollar complementary coffee and that was such an insult. I will never stay here again, and I will definitely be contacting somebody higher above to make sure I get my money back

I have to mention Annemarie at the desk. We were caught in New Jersey floods. All roads leading to the hotel per GPS were flooded. I called the hotel and she stayed on the phone with me for 40 minutes till we finally found our way to the hotel. What an asset to the crown plaza.. She was wonderful. We will be visiting our Grandson at FDU. We will definitely stay at this hotel.

Staff was horrible. The only person who treated me with respect was Irving. I wish she was working the night shift there because all I heard all night and all morning was door slamming and people partying with their music loud and when I went to check out on Tuesday the lady who worked at the front desk Totally ignored me and then just went to the buffet and got herself some food and just said don’t worry we’ll give you free coffee a two dollar coffee I didn’t want no free coffee. I want my money back for one night because they offered to switch me rooms but on the last night of me staying there at 10:30 at night when I had to wake up early for surgery, I would really like it if the manager would call me
