The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is extraordinarily convenient for trips to NYC. The bus is right around the corner and sometimes takes less than 25 minutes to get to the heart of the city. The bed was super comfortable and the sheets were very clean. Walmart is also very close, which is also very convenient. There is a plaza as well, with Marshall's, TJ Maxx, Burlington, etc. All in all, GREAT value for money.

Breakfast is quite limited. Also they were renovating the breakfast area and you could only take it away. But, all things considered, I don't think this is worth complaining. What I think is worth complaining is that the walls aren't thick enough to give you enough privacy? A couple next to us was having the time of their lives at around 6AM and it was extremely awkward. I was travelling with my family and we all had to pretend that nothing was happening.

I like location with a nearby stop. The hotel was always clean and rooms are new with big bathroom. Gym was great and personal was very helpful. In a lobby there is still a cafe for free.

Wifi didnt work and a breakfast are not in the best quality but everything else was perfect.

The welcome from Julie was wonderful. We were tired and she was amazing welcoming us and informing us as well as accommodating our rooms being next to each other. Rooms were very modern and clean! The breakfast choice was great including waffles, toast, sausage, eggs, and also gluten free oats, jams and yoghurts etc. Fantastic location to the 320 bus which is approximately a 10-15 minute journey (using bus lanes in peak traffic) which links directly to the Port Authority Bus Station on Manhattan. There is also a large Walmart 9mins walk away, with plenty of restaurants nearby for evening meals. Super hotel.

We had a big silent room with very comfortable double beds, clean bathroom, a mini fridge and a microwave. Good position (320 bus stop very near, just across the street, 15/20 min ride to Manhattan). I would certainly stay here again.

Breakfast is not excellent, not so many healthy choices, but would be acceptable if it wasn't for the lack of dining tables and plastic plates. There is no space for everyone, sometimes we had to arrange ourselves sitting on the couches in the hall or eat our breakfast in our room which was quite uncomfortable. It is a shame because with little bit of improvement it could be fine. Probably they should just think it a bit better. Nevertheless, I don't complain too much, it is ok if you consider the price you pay.

The location was ideal if someone wants to use the NJ transit to Midtown Manhattan. A very neat and clean serene area with lots of restaurants nearby. Excellent options for hot beverages available 24hrs. Neat and clean hotel with courteous staff. Excellent and ample free parking spaces.

The breakfast area gets very crowded pretty much through out the time. Limited options available for breakfast. Only one elevator working which always led to long line ups of people waiting for the elevator.

Very clean and modern, seems to have been renovated recently. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good selection, although the breakfast area was very small considering the size of the hotel. It gets very crowded, no place to sit, chaotic. Great location, bus stop 320 (NJ Transit) was just across the street. Runs frequently and takes about 20 minutes to Port Authority NYC. Note: you must have tickets to board (no cash or credit card) but there is a ticket machine right there at the bus shelter. $9.70 return for adult and $4.40 return Child/Senior.

The only issue was the breakfast. They had a good selection but the area was way too small when the hotel is fully booked. Seemed to be quite chaotic. A room for overflow guests to sit and enjoy the breakfast would have been ideal. There was one there, but unfortunately it was being used for outside company meetings. Maybe it should be not available to meetings until after 9 am when breakfast ends,

Staff was amazing, always friendly, upon check in I got changed to a different room type facing the front of the hotel without any extra costs. The location is safe and pretty quiet if you are away from the highway which I was! Breakfast is complimentary so basic but ok, it could do with omelettes on request and/or a selection of cheeses/meats. Together with the kind house keeping workers a very nice stay!

I was very satisfied with all aspects. Above all, it is the best for a trip to New York. Rather than looking for a hotel in downtown New York, it is more efficient to stay here and travel. If you take the 320 bus right in front of the hotel, you will arrive in downtown New York in 15 minutes. After finishing the trip, I returned to the hotel and was able to sleep quietly and comfortably.

Great location for traveling to Manhattan, bus stop in just 3 min walk. A lot of good restaurants around (Carnegie across the road - highly recommend). Beatiful calm and quite green place. Big free parking. Friendly staff. Spacious modern well-equipped room. Good breakfast with hot food. Free cofe and tea at lobby 24/7
