The room is spacious and great. The bed, pillows and sheets are confortable and clean. It has work desk, sockets near the bed and air conditioning / heating. The internet is fast and have good signal. The bathroom has shower with bathtub and curtain, hot water, towels and toiletries.

The breakfast was not the same as advertised on the website (complementary instead of full / hot breakfast). And I received conflicting information about payment methods which led me to pay extra fees on my credit card in my country.

This lodging served its purpose well during our stay. The beds were comfortable, and the staff were consistently courteous and polite—which made check-in and our overall experience smooth. A basic breakfast was provided, and while it featured the usual staples, it was appreciated and offered good value for what we paid. It’s important to note that this hotel is located away from downtown Pittsburgh—about a 20–25 minute drive depending on traffic. But that distance is reflected in the price. If this were in the city core, you’d definitely be paying a premium. So if you're looking for a comfortable, affordable stay near the airport or in Robinson Township, and you don’t mind a bit of a drive, this is a solid choice.

The room was large and clean, TV connections on some channels were a little weak but that is fine. I had to leave super early for a flight which is why I choose this location since it was so close to the airport so I didn't get to try breakfast but the check in and out was quick!

Closer to the road than preferred so there was some road noise but maybe that could be considered white noise, and also the closeness to the airport means you can hear the planes landing.

Staff didn't make us pay for our 4th water bottle - thank you! Convenient for a quick drive to the airport the next morning but otherwise pretty secluded. Large room and comfy beds.

The room floor was kind of oily (perhaps due to some particular cleaning product?) Breakfast was only barely okay. The gym was tiny and only a fraction of the equipment was functioning

The woman at the front desk is always so friendly and welcoming! We've stayed here multiple times and keep coming back. The rooms are quiet, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good, quiet hotel in the area!

Honestly, we never really have any complaints here! Any problems we've ever had have been minor and were always either too minor to be a concern, or they were taken care of quickly and happily by staff.

The room was great. It was clean and comfortable and had everything I needed. The air conditioning in the room was great and the bedding was clean and comfortable. Parking was good and easy to navigate.

The breakfast area was minimal and the food was not good and the coffee area was lacking. The restaurant downstairs was also closed.

Breakfast - there were only basic things to choose from, but considering the price of accommodation it's OK. I chose. Satisfaction. Hotel position - isolated from surrounding buildings, close to the airport. Fortunately, the airport traffic did not particularly disturb.

I stayed just one night before my flight and has not found any particular problem.

Clean

A dog was across from us. Barked from midnight to after 1am. The woke us up at 8 am. Then barked from 9 to 10 am when we let. I asked lady at front if she could ask lady to quite her dog but all she could do would be to give us a different room. The dog's right to bark was more important than the human guestt

The location was fine we had several places to visit . The breakfast was gone by 9 am with only some scrambled eggs and a few ends of bacon and toast available.

Better or at least more breakfast

Enjoyed the location, bed, and privacy/quietness of the hotel. The staff was nice and did not bother us. The housekeeper did not come in during our 3-night stay (we preferred that because we kept a dnd on our doorknob) but the room was exceedingly clean upon arrival. Also enjoyed the one-time $50 deposit held for pets or smoking because it was simple and returned to us at checkout.

No vending machines sucked in late or early hours. The pool being down (what seemed to be permanent) was something I also wish I would have known. We had a bottom floor room and it looked like the windows used to be glass doors out to the pool that no longer is open. The hotel was nice but low budget, as expected.
