Everything was great, housekeeping staff, the attendance at the breakfast bar, even the checkout lady was great. Only thing I didn't like is the attitude of the young man that checked us in no greetings no high how are you welcome to the comfort inn. Didn't explain himself when he asked you don't have a card on file. I didn't know what he was talking about, he didn't explain. I said what do you need that for he says in case you trash the place there's a $25 deposit I said I'm an adult I'm not going to trash the place as well. I guess because I had a dog he assumed that it was not caved enough it would probably chew the place up. Otherwise everything was great especially like the attention the housekeeping staff the young lady with the little nose ring gave to us and our dog.

Clean and comfortable. Staff was excellent. They were friendly, accommodating, and took pride in their work. They immediately addressed an issue we had with a noisy dog in the room next to ours. Breakfast in the AM was a plus.

Our pet-friendly room smelled a little like dogs but that’s the cost of staying in a pet-friendly hotel. We found out at the hotel that it was more expensive with a pet and that we had to stay in a different room. I was not aware of that while booking on this website and (I don’t believe) I was given the opportunity to indicate that we were bringing a pet while booking.

King room bed..wonderful...pillows perfect...nice choices...

Wasted space in room..could be another chair that is comfortable to sit on. One in room is not. Chest of drawers would be nice as there is plenty of room for one. Air conditioning is great, but not in the middle of the night l. Fan goes off and room really gets stuffy and warm. Should stay on what temperature is set. Bathroom would be larger if you could install a pocket door. Smallest bathrooms EVER!!

The room was sizable. The curtains were blackout curtains and were great! The bed and pillows were super comfy. Between the curtains and bed, a great night's sleep was possible. Also, breakfast coffee was very good.

Toilet did not flush well; bathroom could have been a little cleaner.

Staff were terrific. Very friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to a queen room with no additional charge. Location was quiet and convenient to the freeway and IHOP.

Room had a bit of a smell of cleaning chemicals, maybe old smoke? However, windows could be opened, which helped a lot. I am sensitive to noise at night and dislike having a fridge in the room but the room was otherwise quiet.

Loved the king size bed and pillows...extremely comfortable and cozy. Breakfast was delicious with fluffy scrambled eggs and sausage patties and much more.

Have been at this hotel 3 times before...rooms have a lot of wasted space. Could have a small table and bureau for clothes. Bathroom is way too small...rooms could have been smaller with a bigger bathroom. Can't imagine anything could be done about it now, though. Maybe put a folding door on the bathroom. That would allow more space. Also a shelf under the sink would be great.

Was the first time that I had to cook my own waffles. Wished they had the food prepared so one could just grab and go, but it was a learning to make the waffles.

As far as the location, I wished there were more things nearby to do. My cousin and I did drive a few miles away and found a bowling alley which was nice.

This was our second stay at this hotel, which is located near some friends on the lake. As before we were very happy with our stay -- we had everything we needed and although we sometimes could not eat the hotel breakfast (I'm gluten intolerant, husband is lactose intolerant), the IHOP is right there. We were pleased with everything and will certainly stay there again.

The room was clean and big. The lobby, corridor and room smells good. The staff was nice and ready to help us with any issue. The bed and the pillows was comfortable.

The beds in the "queen bed room" was definitely not a queen size, but a full size. The breakfast didn't have any hot food, as eggs, bacon, waffles, pancakes. And there wasn't any fast food restaurants around the hotel. Just IHOP restaurant that closes at 10pm.

Right off 84, clean, quiet, nice size room. Nice breakfast options with waffles, eggs, sausage, yogurt, etc. All staff were friendly

Bathroom door hard to close because toilet almost hits door - not much room to step back to close door. Was clean and great water pressure
