I got a disabled space. Therefore I had really a big bath room and guest room. The Hotel was in very good state. Breakfast was excellent. Very friendly staff. People on the reception were friendly. Because it is the music city, musical performances took place in the hotel. Ask for an invoice, if you leave, afterwards it is difficult to get an invoice by E-Mail.

For me the only problem was that I underestimated the distance from the Hotel to the broadway and country row. Basically it can be done by walking. But I am 70 years old and have a small problem in my leg, it was a little bit stressful to get there by walking. My suggestion to the Hutton Hotel would be to implement a regular shuttle servic (every hour or so).

Lobby, staff, live music in lobby, music venue, bed, location (once we figured out what was around us) food in restaurant, smell of lobby was fantastic, free water!. And to be clear things like over charges, issues with staff, restaurant not open (all from other reviews) did not exist, all of that was pretty great.

I provide this with the understanding that we'd definitely go back to the Hutton but near perfection can be had - toilet issues, would not flush twice (but fixed promptly), had suite, AC in bed room was wanting,, valves for shower and sinks were tricky to find the right temp, restaurant was great but it and bar not open late enough, no mart to buy snacks, drinks

Nice little hotel, about a 20 min walk from Nashville's busy area, there are a few homeless on the walk down but did not feel unsafe, the hotel has a nice country theme to it, has cool fittings in the room and nice artwork, the view from our room was not great but cannot speak for the other rooms, the bar is pleasant and the restaurant also ok

Car Park is not easy to get into , you have to start using your phone to get in and it did not work for us first time as we had English phone numbers, also I would recommend using the valet as for only 5 extra dollars it eliminates all that hassle, the self parking is the. most expensive I have come across throughout the States trip so this whole process could be better for sure

From the time that I checked in the customer service was impeccable! Jada at the front desk does an awesome job! Food in the restaurant was very good with a nice presentation. The music on both nights was very enjoyable. Ryan in the valet area greeted me with a positive attitude, smile and great customer service. On the negative side I was overcharged in the lounge, but was resolved after bartender finally believed that I did not have a drink and bottle of wine. The room was beautiful but the view was that of a parking lot and dumpster. With that being said I would definitely stay here again. Short walk to Broadway.

Staff was amazing. At arrival, we received a complimentary breakfast for the following morning as well as a room upgrade to a corner suite. All without asking. The front staff also offered to help with restaurant recommendations as well as making reservations. Very clean room and we had housekeeping come twice a day. The breakfast was nice and we enjoyed great service in the restaurant.

Hotel is not in walking distance from Downtown - but Lyft/Uber is cheap an it just takes 5-10 minutes to get to Broadway

The suite was large, clean and comfortable but we did request a move as no view. Hotel is bright, close enough to downtown to be able to walk 20 mins. Good café, bars and restaurants close to the hotel, 20 minute walk to Downtown.

The suite was large and very comfortable, however it was on the back and very dark one window looked directly on to a brick wall and the second on to a car park, not what we expected. As we were staying for 3 days we requested a move. The following day, same suite location but on the 11th floor much more light and a bit better view. We did not have breakfast as it was not available in the booking, we did find an excellent up market café nearby. We liked the vibe in the hotel but did find it rather pricey with no breakfast included.

Lovely place, staff was fantastic, pleasant and helpful. Breakfasts and snacks in the restaurant were yummy. Room was clean and comfortable and quiet.

Location left a bit to be desired as it was not in walking distance to much. We had to uber everywhere. Price was higher than places nearer to the action but maybe you pay for the quiet at night as the town was crazy because of CMA's coming into town.

Little further out from downtown but we enjoyed the walk and exploring local areas nearby. Lovely room, friendly front desk staff and valet teams who said goodbye and hello every time we went in and out making us feel really welcomed.

Not really a negative but a lot of the photos show the Analogue Lounge so we had thought this was the hotel lounge bar, not a venue that is only open on occasion.

The room was good, it could have been a little larger with 2 queen beds in it but it was still good. We really enjoyed the entertainment in the lobby everyday and the service was excellent. We also liked the location.

I did not like the fact that the Valet parking costs so much at the Hutton per day. We Valet parked our vehicle when we got there and never got it again until we left. I think you should charge a one time fee and then charge the ones that get their vehicle per day and not so much the people that never get theirs out until time to go home. I think the charge should be based on how much you use the service and not per day. The price was the most we have ever paid for Valet parking and we travel a lot to a lot of nice places and stay in very very nice 4 and 5 star hotels. But your price was way over the top.

Reception staff (Devonte especially) couldn’t have been more helpful giving us not only a hotel list of recommendations but their own personal highlights of the city.

We asked for the sofa bed to be made up, first time they just left the sheets for us but they were damp. Went to exchange them and reception were very apologetic, got some fresh sheets which were still a little damp and made the bed ourselves despite reception saying housekeeping should have done it for us.
