Friendly and helpful front staff. Hotel very clean. Our suite was very clean. Nice small kitchenette and large desk if working.

Having to pay for parking. $12 each time you go in and out of garage.

We stayed for 5 nights and absolutely loved it! It exceeded our expectations—amazing value for money, exceptional service, and a safe, modern, well-appointed hotel. We are not sure why it’s rated as a 3-star property; it absolutely 4-star! Our standard room was generously sized, featuring a great kitchenette, a spacious bathroom, and an excellent work desk. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and the room was blissfully quiet. Towels and linens were of high quality, and the entire hotel was always spotlessly clean, modern, and well-maintained. The free breakfast (daily 6:30-9:00am) was terrific! We loved popping downstairs each day. The breakfast dining area was quiet with friendly staff. The food selection was generous (4 hot dishes, baked goods, waffles, cereals, whole fruit, juices, coffee/tea). The Lobby Bar was a standout, located in the modern, light, and spacious ground floor, perfect for working, meeting, or relaxing. The Bar staff were always smiles with prompt service. The F&B options were excellent with daily Happy Hour. The hotel doesn’t offer room service, but I often grabbed a wine and food from the bar to enjoy in our room, so convenient. The inhouse, self-serve guest laundry was fab! Easy tap-and-go payments for washer and dryer with laundry detergent avail. to buy at reception or you could BYO. The standard 12pm hotel checkout was a gift. A shoutout to Jasmine at reception who made a real fuss over us Aussies—always smiling, warm, friendly, and helpful! As for location, Galleria Dallas—premier shopping, dining, and entertainment with an indoor ice rink is a 10mins walk away. Just 5mins away is the huge Target North Dallas, open daily until 11pm (with a Starbucks, grocery section, pharmacy, and liquor store), is also within safe, flat walking distance. We absolutely recommend this property—we couldn’t fault it! It was an absolute pleasure staying here.

The rooms were very accommodating. I had a king suite and my room looked like a studio apartment. I would definitely stay here again. Included breakfast was decent they had turkey options available, thankfully it wasn’t all pork. I felt safe staying there by myself. The garage always had plenty of space and lounge area was large enough to fit everyone for happy hour around the bar.

Front desk staff walked away from me as she saw me coming up to check in. Didn’t greet me but another woman did only after the first one ignored me. Everyone else was nice

The location is great. Close to highways. This was our second time staying here and we like the cleanliness and amenities available.

The check-in was a bit confusing compared to our initial stay. Maybe some check-in signs would help? Also, our toddler slept on the sofa bed since he enjoys his space and he came back with multiples bites on his body that included near his ankle, under his armpit and on his ear. No one else had bites aside from him. They looked scary as there oozing fluid and seemed inflamed. Idk what exactly bit him but we are sure it happened at the hotel. Next time we’ll have to check for spiders.

Quirky place, shared with another hotel. Check-in confusing when arriving. Very clean and quiet even though near expressway and Galleria. Bed and sleeping was excellent. Best TV service I've experienced in a hotel. Had FOX! Couch was uncomfortable with broken arm. This was a small suite, bed next to bathroom, like NEXT to the bathroom. $24 parking garage was great; suggest you go straight to the 2nd level even though the 1st level may seem empty. Breakfast looked typical but did not eat here. Evaluations seemed high, though nice, safe place.

Confusing check in. You've arrived and don't know it. It is clean, and quiet, but our small suite had a very uncomfortable couch. Oh, shampoo was awful.

We loved the room. It was basically like a studio apartment. I was surprised when I walked in actually at the amount of space we had. The kitchen was clean they provided all the amenities needed. The little living room area was nice as well . We had a view of the pool. The bed smears comfortable as well. Bathroom was very clean .

The only thing I’d say I was a little bit surprised about was the day of check out. We had perhaps an hour left of our stay and housekeeping didn’t knock they just opened the door to start cleaning. My boyfriend let her know we still had time to check out so she went to do another room. She was very apologetic about everything which we appreciated.

Our room was very comfortable and spacious enough to allow us to get ready for wedding events. The morning breakfast was very good.

You could give directions for finding where to check in. It was very confusing. We paid $24 dollars a night (4) for a parking garage we never used. I appreciated that the manager took charges off after being able to see we had never used it.

The amenities of the room

The merging of AC Hotels & Residence Inn was nit communicated to me so I spent extra time driving around trying to find it. The staff seemed partial to AC hotel brand name & tried to up sale me a European breakfast for $20. I chose Residence Inn because it had continental breakfast. I did not expect to be inundated with AC Hotel & its brand.

Nice hotel, clean and silent. Bed was soo comfortable and the pillows - felt like sleeping on a cloud. Nice shower and pool was nice.

No complimemtary parking and the parking is quite expensive.

The room was cozy and extremely clean.

The hot breakfast was mediocre. The turkey sausage wasn’t so good and I wish they would’ve had bacon as an option.
