Overall the room was very clean with the exception of the bathroom. The bed was comfortable and we slept well. The air conditioning worked well. Plenty of towels and tissues. Floors and counters were clean.

The whole facility is very dated but you can tell many improvements and updating have been completed with make this a good place for the price. The water here must be very hard because all of the chrome throughout the bathroom was covered in scale. The caulk around the tub definitely needs replaced and in one spot the solid surface of the tub walls did not meet up exactly and there was NO caulk. The metal kleenex holder on the wall would be better removed as it was covered in rust and an alternative material would be best in this humid environment.

Location. Access. Professionalism of staff. Although I personally did not have time to use any of the luxuries/amenities the hotel had to offer, i would definitely try to use this hotel again for future appointments/stays in Lubbock.

The room only had one nightstand. One side of the bed had a nightstand. The other side of the bed had a small couch. I think there should have been a small table/stand in between the bed and the couch so that the person laying on that side would have a place to put their phone/water/tv remote/etc.

Loved the bar ! Got free drink coupons they’ve got so many games & a jukebox that you can play music from your phone with . Overall was very polite we will be back very soon! Also note the bartender was very polite and attempted every drink we asked for & they’re were all Very good !!

The hall I was on smelt like old food it was kinda gross but once we got into the room we couldn’t smell it anymore

The staff were friendly and always helpful. Our extended family met in the afternoon in the breakfast area to eat pizza and for my son to open graduation gifts. I offered to sweep, wipe the tables and take the trash out. The friendly front desk employee told me not to worry and that she would do it for us. The common areas and rooms were very clean. The employees that cleaned our rooms were friendly, too. I just wish we would have had time to swim in the fun looking pool.

The key cards to the room kept deactivating but, the employees were always happy to redo.

Comfortable, friendly staff, clean, easy to get to, good cameras in parking lot, good variety at breakfast. The only 2 issues were we never got the hang of the TV and there were bugs in the Orange Juice. (minor issue, we don't drink it anyway) The staff put up with a bit of noise, our comings and goings at various hours of the night and day as we were there for a wedding and several parties. The bar upstairs - the younger people had a ball!

Really enjoyed the amount of space in the rooms. The housekeeping staff was amazing. They were very sweet and helpful and I can't say enough good things about them!

My only issue was that I wish there was a skillet or maybe some little plates in the cabinets so as to use the cooktop, but in the future, I wouldn't mind bringing some of my own!

Room was very large, with a kitchenette, living room, 2 TV’s (living room & bedroom area) and a small bathroom with a tub. The mattress was a bit too firm for us but that’s not a negative for the hotel, just for us. Breakfast was very good and the dining area was kept clean.

The pool and the common area with the Continental breakfast. The poolboy was super nice. The other guests were friendly.

The parking lights flicker and no hot tub The housekeeper stole my clothes before I was checked out. the landscaping could use our company, Tree de La Vida, to spruce it up so it would look impeccable.

I like the room. The size was ok. Pool was good. Hotel was fine generally. Location was good.

The breakfast was not enough. There wasn’t enough things to eat. It was finished 9:30 and they closed the kitchen even we were there. We like to drink black tea and my daughter wants cheese at the breakfast. We had to ask for them. They have tea and cheese but you have to ask. The lady brought them from the kitchen.

It was more than I expected only due to it being my 2nd actual look at booking

I had to wait for my room to be cleaned. Which was around an hour after my scheduled arrival some of their vending machines needed up keeping to me elevator was kinda sketch but I used it anyway
