The location and access to good restaurants was excellent.

It seemed there was just some lack of pride and excitement about the property. I know the occupancy was very low when we were there and even though we paid for a junior suite we were given one that seemed incomplete. - no full length mirror and a hook falling off the wall. The staff were responsive but the “extra care” Feeling was not present. It is a beautiful property and well located.

Open concept upon entering, very spacious with lots of places to sit and socialize inside and outside. It was decorated beautifully. The music playing constantly in the background was very nice. The hotel room itself was very spacious.

That there is no covered area that leads from the hotel to the parking garage and it happened to be pouring down raining when we checked out.

The room was nice very clean and the check in was super easy. The location was nice and really enjoyed the Boardwalk that is close to the hotel.

Paying for parking but understand this is pretty standard. The parking was very easy and staff was very informative.

new facilities and all well maintained, the hotel staff is very attentive and careful with details, the hotel bar is very good, with good products and good waiters.

I think the hotel bar is one of the biggest attractions I had at the hotel. During Thanksgiving, many restaurants were closed, but the hotel's bar and restaurant were open, which was very good for everyone present.

Location, location, location.

The breakfast buffet in my opinion was no better than a free continental breakfast. Parking was awful, but other than that I will be back very clean, friendly, and comfortable.

The room, the service, the parking facilities, the shower.

The power outlets near the bed didn't work very well. The TV didn't work originally and at times the TV listing didn't work.

the location was great! very beautiful rooms and lobby! staff was helpful with the questions i had about the stay:)

should consider changing the check out time for the people who plan to have a good night out. 11AM should be 12:30 with a 1:30 late check out

High quality. Clean. Professional. Superb location. Restaurants behind the hotel are excellent. Great place to go for either business or fun.

Great hotel. However, I felt that the gym was lacking. Considering how much time and money the hotel puts into it's hotel entrance and the superb sitting area in the lobby, I felt it should take better care of its gym. The gym felt ignored.

Spacious and clean

It would be good if toothpaste and slipper are ready in the room, that I don’t need to ask room service separately. Also, it would be good to have kettle and tea bags to be provided in the room.
