The Location being off of Central Expressway is super convenient and is near many shops and restaurants. There is a very friendly and responsible staff with a great selection for the television in the room. Also, house kept the room immaculate during our stay. The Warm cookie is always appreciated too!

The Breakfast should provide a better value for the cost. The lighting in the room also could use some slight improvement because the rooms seemed quite dark at times, even during the day.

You can't expect that which surpasses excellence and this location and the time I spent within it was an experience that all hospitality oriented institutions seeking to upgrade their service capabilities from ordinary to that of extraordinary should follow the fine example I was fortunate enough to enjoy during my stay at the DoubleTree in Dallas, Texas.

11a.m. was the worst part. This being the time during the morning I had to check out. The staff, amenitities, atmosphere, breakfast, it was all top-knotch.

Good location , lots of places to eat in the area , room was very clean and spacious , room was on a high level so great view of the city , bathroom was nice and clean love that they provide shower supplies. Would definitely book again in the future !

I didn’t like how our AC wasn’t working but the customer service and how quick maintenance got up there made up for it even though it still wasn’t working.

Great location.

The ac wasn’t cooling like it should have. The remote for the tv was broken. Our keys never worked and when my husband tried to get them fixed, he was treated like he was an idiot that just didn’t know how to use it.

Would have liked to have a microwave to save some money during our stay. Was a little disappointed we didn’t get the usual water and cookie at check in 😞

Very clean, when I lay on the bed, I can smell light Clorox scent on the sheet. That tells me they wash and actually clean the room. Very affordable

The part where you drive up the hotel of the main entrance to unload or load your suit case. There is a big white van that is taking all the space of the driveway and causing traffic and they have done nothing about it.

My kids and I absolutely love the room, very clean, great customer service, breakfast was good as well, nice location, we didn’t have to travel much or to far to find fun activities to do for them! Overall experience 10/10! Highly recommended.

I may not have read the room description entirely. But my room was an interior room with the windows opening up to the lobby. I would have preferred an outer room for more natural light.

Val, at the front desk, was the bomb! I mean, I think people still say “the bomb”, don’t they? Even if they don’t, though, she was amazing and the type of staff that makes me want to return to a hotel.

My floor was a little noisy. I asked for a top floor in hopes that it would be quieter. However, I don’t really think there’s much the hotel can do to control that.
