Our cities got hit with this bomb cyclone. People died down the street from us in Bellevue. I feel a lot of hotel prices went up immediately adding 100 plus onto their price tag. Best Western Alderwood did just the opposite in fact it costed less than it usually would to stay, I got an amazing deal on a King Suite for $111!!!!!!!!! Plus tax all total $127!!! That is insane. The next morning I came down for the biscuits that were not there. That being said, I am so glad they weren't (mostly). They had the best eggs I have ever tasted plenty of bacon hard boiled eggs (you know how best western does it). I had an amazing quality high protein breakfast! Everything was tasty, I even snuck a little waffle w nutella. WHICH you can make tiny waffles as well as the large ones. Perfect! My back hurt from the bed but let's be real, I am a big girl with chronic pain. Everything hurts. It isn't the soft beds fault I am too squishy to enjoy it. I habe been much smaller and there IS a difference in comfort. For my girlfriend, it was perfect. I want to give a HUGE shout out to Best Western for not taking advantage of people in this time but also, for going far above and beyond to make sure people are comfortable and well fed. The lemon water infuser was ice cold and tasted like fresh cold lemon water I would make. Most places, at 3 am, when I roam to my car and drink some coffee or cocoa, both the coffee and water are cold from sitting because it is the middle of the night. Even the water was hot. I have stayed here quite a few times now and will continue to return. Thank you Best Western Alderwood

Breakfast was pretty good- could have used some variety other than bacon & sausage. Pool & hottub were small but nice. Laundry room was convenient

DO NOT throw away stuff I'm using. Tossed out soap & shampoo that I was using. Don't touch my stuff!!!! Why? So wasteful & just rude. Why are you still using bar soap? Didn't stock enough toilet paper & towels. Only 1 elevator was working.

Very clean, very quiet, Breakfast was great: eggs, sausage, waffles, all sorts of breads and yogurt and drinks. Lobby coffee was surprisingly good. The property is tucked back behind the busy street, but also super close to I-5 for seamless get up and go. I also loved the fact that the lights within the room are incandescent warm, not that harsh “day glow” bright white. Makes a huge difference.

It’s trivial, but the two nights I stayed in two different rooms, neither TV had a “guide” option, so there was no way to know what channels were showing what without scrolling through the entire directory.

Convenient location, plenty of parking, breakfast options were good, friendly staff.

Security for Non-guests loitering in the back parking lot & random vehicles driving through the car parking lot late at night while trying to sleep or stoping us as we’re walking into the hotel. Also in the hotel room itself the shower rod appeared to be coming off the wall so the shower curtain wouldn’t work right so water would get all over the bathroom. Needs updated/fixed!

The staff all were friendly, the breakfast was always good and done safely. The location was close to at lot of entertainment and fast food and restaurants The room was clean and lots of parking

The thing we didn’t like was the place where you could store your soaps was in a spot that was easy to bump into so things kept falling down in the shower frlso that was frustrating, no matter if we had our whirlpool going or the people surrounding us, we could not hear the TV at all, even if turned up. So we find that frustrating that you can’t hear the TV even if you’re surrounding neighbors the whirlpool because they’re so loud so I wish that they had a better Soundsystem for the TVs.

Loved the clean and comfortable room, the shower, helpful staff, fitness area, laundry, free plentiful parking, hearty breakfast, location near restaurants and shopping areas. I will return when I am in the area!

The door to the bathroom didn't close completely but was closed enough. The housekeeping manager reported it to maintenance. The bed was comfortable but would prefer a mattress with no pressure points. Would have liked egg white scramble offered as well as whole grain options, vegetables and Greek yogurt too for breakfast plus other fresh fruit choices beyond oranges.

Loved the location and how quiet it was! Breakfast was great and had a good selection. 24/7 coffee was much appreciated (and dangerous for my sleep schedule 😂) Staff was excellent, especially the gentleman working the breakfast area.

IT WAS JUST THE SPOT I WAS LOOKING FOR. THE WHIRPOOL WAS A BONUS AND IT WASNT BURING A HOLE IN MY BUDGET. BREAKFAST LOOKED AMAZING, EVEN THOUGH WE DIDNT EAT IT. ID WOULD DEFINITELY TAKE THE KIDS HERE FOR A FAMILY TRIP. BREAKFAST WAS AND POOL IS A WIN FOR ANY PARENT.

THE ELEVATOR WAS CREEPY AND I THOUGHT IT MIGHT BREAK ON US WHILE IN IT.

The location is good and the breakfast better then I expected. I noticed staff around cleaning rooms, tending the hot tub, keeping the breakfast area clean and stocked. Also there was always someone at the front desk to help. Bed was great, room very quiet.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable room.

I had asked for a room on the top floor, which I got. However the room had a cathedral roof, which is good in itself, but there was 1 small triangular window on each side through which the sunlight entered during the day and the parking light in the evening. This made the room very bright and impossible to close with a curtain because they were not accessible. In my opinion these windows were useless and somewhat unpleasant for sleeping.
