Room and hotel was very well kept and atmosphere was nice. Liked that there was no Febreze scent.

Need bathroom fans. Breakfast food needs to be improved. Although I know it is policy, i was offended that I placed the reservation under my husbands name and I paid for the hotel with my credit card, yet since he was not with me when I checked in and I do not share his last name I was not allowed to check in until he contacted them to approve. Even though I showed the information from my phone and showed the same address. This was very stressful.

Very nice room, loved the bathroom with LOTS of counter space and towels. Room was very spacious, super clean & lots of charging ports which was very nice change from most hotels! Beds & linens were very nice. Breakfast was also great, with lots to choose from. Location is great with more than enough shopping & dinning choices to choose from, and easy access off I-5. Would stay there again.

They had a problem with the card reader at check-in time. Young guy at desk wrote down all my info on credit card to enter it manually "later". My credit card has been compromised before so I am always suspicious now, but there has been no problem...yet!! It was probably legit, but I'll be keeping my eye on my credit card statements for sure!!

The staff were the friendliest I have seen. So kind and helpful, every one of them!! The facility was also the cleanest I have ever experienced, every part of it. The beds were SO comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. Was truly the best hotel experience I have had overall.

The temperature of the pool was too low in my opinion. I couldn't get in above my waist, so that was disappointing. My kids still enjoyed it though.

Very clean, friendly staff and i had brought qtrs to wash a load b4 we came home. But both the washer and dryer were free! I do wish I had been able to watch Netflix or something. It's just cable TV with very few channels. Being a night owl myself, I had nothing but infomercials to watch and we unfortunately went at the same time as some youth baseball team so the pool always had 10+ screaming and splashing 11-14yr old boys

Everything was spotless!! The pool is a great size, hot tub is great 👍 Staff are friendly, room service food was delicious, plenty of towels... and their were plenty of options for breakfast! I will stay here again!! The area is low crime, and there are plenty of stores within walking distance as well as a convenience shop inside. Nice gym, too!!

The hot tub wasn't hot, but the jets were nice.

From check in to check out, all our expectations for the price we paid for our two room ensuite were exceeded. The breakfast was top notch with options for everyone and great coffee to boot!

More marking would be nice.... It was jam packed with people for the Formula Drift racing at the Evergreen Raceway in Monroe while there was a massive wedding party staging out from the hotel.

I have been at this hotel previously and it was wonderful. . The room was clean and comfortable. The fridge worked very well. I used the work out equipment and would only recommend that you have supplies available to clean it with after use. we also found the smell of chlorine and the humidity of the pool area a bit overwhelming. Otherwise it was a great place. The breakfast was very good.

When we first arrived it was 1.5 hours before check in time at 4. I was told that the room was not ready and could not check in and that it was policy not to check in before 4. I realize that there is a shortage of cleaning people which makes it hard to have the rooms ready early.

Wonderful hotel

I was under the impression..It was a family friendly hotel only to get a call that someone had complained at 9:34 PM when we got home from downtown activities and our children were settling down, not the hotel's fault.Just kind of sad that whoever it was forgot , they are family friendly

Always clean and friendly. The staff were helpful, the breakfast area was nice and seemed well stocked. The front desk staff were able to comp our "parking" fee since I had booked prior to the fee being instituted.

The policy for parking changed prior to our arrival and I was informed we would be charged $10 to park. The staff graciously removed the fee since we had booked 2 months prior to fee being issued.

My entire weekday was charged the first day I got there so I paid upfront for the stay. I did not expect that I expected a deposit but not $900 worth so I’ve never had that happen at another hotel so for that reason I won’t be staying here again.
