Wonderful staff. Helpful when we needed it.

When I walked through the lobby from the front door, there was an overwhelming smell of chlorine in the lobby and at the front desk. When I exited the elevator...same strong smell and poor ventilation. Somehow, our toilet got clogged right after we checked in. Called the front desk and asked for assistance. I was told she was the only one there and couldn't help? The next morning, I called down and was told someone would bring a plunger. It was there quickly and problem solved. The nighttime front desk person could have said, "Come down, and I'll get you a plunger." That's better than using the one toilet in our room hoping it doesn't overflow.

room 316very comfortable and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The tv channel changer did not work properly and they fixed it. I was disappointed the treadmill in the gym was out of order. Very convenient location and really enjoyed our stay. I would stay at another Holiday Inn if it was up to this standard

Only disappointment was the treadmill was out of order and no butter offered for breakfast

Tons of space, two tvs, great location, safe area, wonderful breakfast, fun pool, comfy beds, fridge, microwave, felt like home.

Our 3rd day of stay was a Wednesday, and we were charged more for that night. Seemed odd. It was a little hard to find the entrance the first time. Guest dryer didn't work consistently.

The mattresses were very comfortable and the towels were very nice. So many extras - microwave, coffeemaker, refrigerator, ironing board and iron, choice of soft or firm pillow. Also a laundry room. This is a place you could spend more than a couple of nights. GREAT!

Maybe a ceiling light.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean with exception of room 203 carpet needs cleaning. I could smell carpet when entering room. It was on occasion. Pool area was nice. Hotel was close to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to freeways. I enjoyed my stay. I asked a housekeeper and then the front desk staff to clean up a broken bottle in the parking spot next to my vehicle and neither did it. Overall it is likely that I will stay here again because it is central to my Seattle family.

As I said carpet smell indicating a need for deep cleaning of carpet..And no response to request for broken bottle to be cleaned up from parking space.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The mattress of the pull out sofa was a little thin, however, that happens over time. It was slept 2 out of the 3 nights we were there and got decent sleep still.

The snack area was a little spendy. But it is expected when coming unprepared. The hotel isn't a convenience store, so it was nice to have something available until we could get somewhere.

No electrical plugs on nightstand, was blocked off which was weird. Had to do a workaround for friend's CPAP machine.

Overall, everything is good. The staff was very courteous, and check-in and check-out were very easy.

The only issue was that the guests above us were walking around. We could feel the footsteps, which interrupted our sleep. This is not the fault of the hotel.

The rooms of holiday Inn I've stayed so far are always the top tier great facilities and service they have laundry convenient location and the hotel in this location that they provide breakfast!

Good for layover or business traveler and value for money. Met all standard requirement. Friendly, Polite and well behave staffs

Breakfast menu is repetitive and a bit salty. Dining area (for breakfast) may not have enough space when the hotel fully book.
