On the whole, the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed having a suite type room with microwave, full refrigerator, and dishes with some cleaning supplies included. When we asked for room service and an extra blanket, it was all provided promptly.

Two things: 1) the in room coffee maker was a very low quality model; we got coffee downstairs at breakfast, or bought some elsewhere; 2) at breakfast our last day there (a Monday), the egg Mcmuffin style item was overcooked and/ or very stale — it was as hard as a rock! You couldn’t cut into it at all with a knife. My husband tried to point it out to the kitchen person working there, but she didn’t speak or understand English. We mentioned the problem to the reception desk person on check out.

Room was clean and suitable for my family. Location was good. Was able to walk to different venue’s for services needed. Breakfast was ok. Need flavored coffee creamer.

The hotel needs another elevator. Spent way too much time waiting to go up. My family and I took the stairs down when it was feasible to do so. The hotel needs to redo their parking lines in the parking lot. Ask customers with big vehicles to park in the back lot. People park any way they want and left many parking spaces unavailable for parking. It would also be nice for the hotel to place maid service tip envelopes in the rooms. I meant to ask for one when checking out and forgot too.

Location is highly walkable, plenty of shopping and restaurants, grocery stores, library, green spaces/parks and trails in walking distance. Front desk staff friendly and knowledgeable. Room quite clean, no allergy problems.

Hotel interior shows some wear and tear, elevator is extremely slow. Guest laundry requires lots of quarters although front desk has the coins on hand for purchase. Dog walking area exists but is quite limited.

Excellent room, with two full bedrooms and attached bathrooms to each room and 3 TVs and fully functional kitchen. It's a great deal. Breakfast was hot and had a table tennis table and gym for activities right next to Redmond town center.

They advertise free grocery delivery, there's nothing unique about that, you need to have an account with grocery delivery companies. Grocery delivery happens on all locations. Their elevator is busted, so good luck if your room is on the opposite side of working elevator. No bacon in breakfast, also menu doesn't rotate. Staff is polite but not helpful much. It's just one person at anytime.

Had great service and help especially from a guy that dod a late shift Saturday night then back early sunday morning on june 7 at the front desk. Forget his name but he was exceptionally helpful

We got the 2 bedroom apartment with my sister-in-law and her husband, and it was perfect. Each room had its own full bath. We also had a full kitchen, sitting room, and dining room table. Breakfast was great.

We got a little confused trying to find our way out of the hotel. I'm sure it wasn't as difficult as we made it out to be.

Courteous staff, clean room and good breakfast ! Great location as well.

Sofa bed should be made before guests arrival and guests should not be expected to make it.

The staff was friendly and helpful. They were able to accommodate my special request. Location was great...right next to the town center/restaurants. Plenty of parking.

The only problem I had was that I was on the ground floor and the blinds did not close completely so someone could "peek" in but I fixed that during my stay.

We always stay at this hotel when in Redmond. Love the location and the cleanliness, the personal is really friendly and helpful.

Great location to visit downtown Redmond. Easily accessible and parking available for a charge.

Parking could be free - there are numerous free car parks close by so seems strange for Residence Inn to charge customers extra for this.
