Location is within walking distance of Pike’s Place and Space Needle, near the light rail too. Spacious room for the price. Free breakfast (wish there are more options other than mostly frozen food though). Good wifi. Accommodating and cheerful staff.

Staff aren’t responsive in my inquiries via booking dot com but they are very nice and accommodating in person (maybe this is a website problem?). Elevator creaks. Neither affected my overall stay

The room was comfortable with the climate control and was really clean. The bed was relaxing. The hotel gave me a cozy vibe, and the location is in a quieter neighborhood of Seattle, which was nice as an escape for the day from the busy downtown. The staff on Saturday afternoon welcomed me with a map and showed me where to go to see the city and to have good food.

Our room was very spacious and clean, with a TV, microwave and fridge to use. The sink is separate from the actual toilet/bath room which was useful for sharing space. The receptionists were kind and efficient every time we interacted! They even held our bags for us on our departure day as we checked out at 11am but did not leave Seattle until 7pm. They provided us with a map and recommendations, too. the breakfast was great, with muffins, waffles, toast, fruit, pre-made sandwiches and tea/coffee/juice. This area was also clean. The hotel is a short walk away from the Space Needle, Chihuly Gardens and the Museum of Pop Culture. Near this area, there is also a 7-11 for snacks and McDonalds/Subway. It was excellent value for money and I would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel about a 10 minute walk from the Space Needle and also about 10 minutes from Westlake Center. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. At night, we found nearby restaurants and felt safe walking in the area.

The breakfast was okay but much of it consists of over-salted frozen breakfast burritos and the like. It was nice to see some yogurt and a few other options but would have preferred more fruits and vegetables.

- Locations is quite good, close enough to all major Seattle attractions: pike market, needle, public library, etc... - For the price you pay for parking, you can keep your car there until 4pm, which is quite an advantage given how difficult parking is in Seattle - Wifi is quite reliable - Rooms are big and comfortable

- While breakfast is included in price, it is the very standard offering in the USA. If you are American this is fine, but if you come from other places, you will find it quite unhealthy, with lots of processed foods - I had to insist couple of times to the person in the front desk that we ran out of coffee and milk, and nobody was replenishing anything or making any adjustments - Nobody either cleaning the tables in the breakfast room

The location was perfect - just a short ride away from all the places we wanted to visit. We wound up getting upgraded to a beautiful room right around the corner from our traveling companions. The gentleman at the front desk during the day was AWESOME!!! Can't say enough about how helpful and pleasant he was. The second gentleman who handled the breakfast room and was also at the front desk was also amazing. He got us a van to the airport when our original ride fell through. Everything was clean and everyone was friendly and helpful. You can't go wrong staying here.

Really no negatives - highly unusual to be able to say that!!!

Staff was friendly and breakfast was pretty good. The room was spacious and very clean. The hotel location was fairly central and was within walking distance to multiple things including the space needle.

Staff did not tell us where breakfast was or when. Parking was not good. There was limited parking in front and the other parking was down an alley behind the building and you had to get out of the car and walk several feet to put in the code then walk back to the car. It was not clearly labeled so we spent about 20 minutes late at night trying to figure it out in an alley late in the evening after a long flight in what is stated on multiple platforms not that safe of an area at night.

The breakfast was good, lots of freezed food. Could have more fresh food. The room was good, comfortable and quiet. The air conditioning was a bit noisy. The location was excellent! Certainly will come back there with my family.

The food options were great, mostly grab & go which is perfect for myself and my family with the exception of fit waffles. There were keto, vegetarian options in the form of frozen eggwhiches or burritos, frozen meat lover bowls & ready to go hard boiled eggs. Lots of fruit and snack bars, as a keto diet person and as a family, we were very happy with the selection. The staff was phenomenal. I will say a parking fee may be unpleasant for some but with my placard, payment was not necessary, thank you for that! I will absolutely stay here again when we visit Seattle. I truly appreciate the price and location but best of all the staff.

Parking was a little difficult.

The continental breakfast was very nice and filling. We went to Seattle to attend a concert at the Paramount. The 5 block walk was a bit difficult for my sister with her asthma, arthritis, but she found places to sit along the way. The room was very comfortable, spic and span! The hotel offered pre-check in, so I did that from home and early check-out at the hotel, which made the end of our stay a breeze. There was a nice padded bench by the exit doors to sit on and wait for our ride. The desk staff were very nice upon check in and check out (when I only dropped off our keys and we had already checked out on my phone).

Just the 5 blocks to of walking to and from the concert venue. I liked it but a bit difficult for my sister.
