Good facilities and lots available at the hotel. Free tea coffee and water is nice.

Location is between ski resorts so not ideal as have to rely on buses that are not very reliable to get to ski lifts. 2 single beds pushed in as one double was not comfortable especially for the high price in high season.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The hospitality at the hotel was exemplary. The location, value for money and the overall concept of the hotel are definite positives. The restaurant offers tasty cuisine and the seating concept is cool. There is enough within the hotel to keep guests entertained. The bartender is really courteous. We didn't like one of our cocktails and he offered us a replacement completely free of charge. The gin mojito he made was exquisite. The staff is courteous and helping. The free water is such a nice touch. So convenient because everybody needs to drink water. It is a travesty that other hotels charge for water. The location is perfect. You are in Chamonix within 6-8 minutes. It is next to motorway where you can easily access nearby areas like Megève,Mt. Blanc tunnel to Italy including Turin, Geneva, etc. The rooms are small yet cosy with enough space for a family of 4. Great space design and utilization. If and when we return to Chamonix and if there is availability we will surely book RockyPop!

Some areas to improve: 1. Better breakfast 2. More dish options in the restaurant 3. Larger rooms

Very cool hotel, interesting rooms, excellent parking, there is something to do in the hotel, good food and bar, nice staff.

Because we were out of season and everything is ok for us, but if you go for a ride, I have one question where to put things out?! Not enough space for clothes

Great vibe, bar area lively. View from restaurant amazing. Rooms comfortable. Constant complimentary tea and coffee. Ski shop and equipment excellent. Location right by the bus stop great.

Communal area too small for the number of guests.

Great breakfast, modern building with lots of amenities and warm atmosphere.

Difficult to park at busy times. We did not have hot water for a few days, even after prompting the reception multiple times about this issue.

Breakfast was quite below the level I've expected. Scrambled egg too soft. No cups sized for espresso coffee. Selection of cheese is poor. Otherwise - ok

The staff are all very friendly, hard-working and accommodating. The restaurant and bar are great, and there is always a relaxed energy in those areas. Live music is a real bonus, as is the daily Happy Hour. The hotel is well-equipped for a ski holiday, with on-site ski shop and free lockers. Buffet breakfast is also great. The hotel has a distinct and fun brand/vibe, which is consistent and has been well thought-out, and differentiates it from most other hotels.

The mezzanine rooms would definitely benefit from floor lighting - there are multiple levels and steps, and it's easy to miss one, especially in the dark, which could cause an injury. Lighting in the rooms in general could be brighter; it's difficult to see into shelving areas, for instance. The kids love the free arcade machines in the bar (which offer a variety of classic games), and an additional machine would be welcomed at busy times. The pool/table tennis area could benefit from heating, and perhaps a curfew, as it backs directly onto some of the bedrooms, making it sometimes noisy at night.

Everything at Rocky pop was amazing. They let us do an early check in. The food was great , they helped with us vegetarian options although not many options. Moreover the common dining area was free to use even to make our own breakfast ( they had a sink , coffee machine and microwave oven which came in handy). Only 20 mins from Chamonix city , but bus frequency is every 30 mins. Fantastic service and hotel. Supermarket close by.

Only con was the the levels in the room , we hit our heads on the mezzanine bed a couple of times and also slipped on the stairs going up to the mezzanine. Just one or 2 vegetarian options for dinner .Almost no vegan options to eat.

It's our second stay in this hotel and we LOVE it! It's quite expensive but we received great food, great music and entertainment and fantastic location with a breathtaking view. Our room was on the ground floor, spacious enough with comfortable beds and lots of storage place. During our week stay few time we joined a concerts during the dinner. The food during breakfast and dinner are delicious. Lots of parking spaces near of the hotel. It's also possible to bring the own food on the terrace. Microwave and the coffee/hot water machine are in the lobby.

During the week the breakfast was the same, but with a good variety.
