We love the Hotel Aiguille du Midi, the family who runs this quaint and authentically French ski hotel welcome every guest into their family atmosphere. When one stays at the Hotel Aiguille du Midi they can imagine Chamonix fifty years ago, such a cool experience. The restaurant had a wonderful breakfast spread every morning. The dinners were fantastic with the family staffing the floor and making sure every aspect was excellent for their guests, including gluten free preparations. If you want to stay at a hotel that you will feel like a member of an extended family when you leave this is the one for you.

The hotel is located in a peaceful town near Chamonix, just by the train station, which is free. The views from the hotel are spectacular and majestic. The staff was amazing and helped us with many questions, and gave us extra amenities for free! The spa is nice and is prebooked so it's private although small. The hotel itself is cosy and the rooms are comfortable with a renovated bathroom. The restaurant was great and had a relatively cheap menu dinner which was delicious. Pool was great fun.

Family run hotel. Extremely helpful staff. The food is fantastic. The views is at Auguille de Midi and the glacier. The train station and bus stop is only 2 minutes walk. Easy to get around without using a car. Strongly recommend.

Paper cups in the room. Would be nice to have a proper glasses. It is the only things that can be improved :)

Location was perfect. A (free) train ride to Chamonix using the pass we got from the hotel. Breakfast was great for the price. We had an amazing view from the top floor. We loved the pool, the tennis court and the table tennis. The pool was always quiet after breakfast so we had an early breakfast, a swim then spent the day out and about. The staff were excellent- going the extra mile every day.

The staff has been very friendly and helpful. We have been upgraded to a family connecting rooms without asking which was great as we had a lot of space and two bathrooms. We loved our balcony, nice views having a drink. Easy parking, close to ski slopes and Chamonix village.

We missed a small fridge to keep mainly milk and generally a kitchenette as we have kids and we can't make it to the breakfast. Or sometimes the kids want a snack or some fruits...

Convenient location, away from the more touristy areas but 5 minutes from downtown and the area's most beautiful ski slopes. Whenever we took advantage of the bar we were always served complimentary complementary desserts. There are pool tables downstairs!

The spa is not a real spa but rather a room in the basement with jacuzzi and sauna.

What a beautiful hotel, grounds and views! Run by the same family for a number of generations. The staff and the family are lovely. The food delicious! I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

We got a really nice big room with a balcony. Staff are very friendly and helpful, and speak very good English. I really recommend eating at the restaurant there. Breakfast was also great. Easy access to bus lines 1 and 2.

I don’t have anything to complain about. The location is not ideal for people looking to ski mostly at Grand Montets or Le Tour.

Staff were super friendly and helpful from the reception to the bar to the restaurant. Lovely welcoming team who went out of their way to be helpful - felt really looked after. Also, view of Aiguille du Midi from the room was breathtaking on a sunny day

The hotel staff was amazingly friendly. The room and balcony was great with a great view of Mont Blanc. We also enjoyed dinner service, drinks and the pool.

It was all great
