The hotel was in the perfect location for us. It was about 15 minutes walk to the Eiffle tower depending how fast or slow you walk.The room size was fine, it was what was expected. It was not a problem. ( sorry forgot to ask receptionist name but she was fabulous.She gave use many tips and help). She is a credit to the hotel. I would personally use this hotel again no problem.

Personally i didn't think the breakfast was value for the money but that is just my opinion 12 euros each. The shower head was rusty but worked fine. The lift could only fit 2 people in or 1 person with luggage but that was no problem to us.

We read a lot of comments about the room being small but it seemed like plenty of space for us! We did come from England so are used to smaller hotel rooms, but even so, it was enough for our bags and for us to sleep. The room seemed clean, and had a nice little balcony on a fire escape that led to a little back courtyard. It was very close to the eiffel tower and metro, and in a really lovely neighbourhood. The staff were very friendly and helpful! We were also a fan of the cat who is always sleeping at reception. We only stayed a night, but even if we were there longer we would have spent most of our time elsewhere, so a big room wouldn't have been needed - this room was perfect for getting some good shut eye at the end of a long day walking around! You leave your keys at reception when you go out, which was good for us as we had one less thing to worry about losing. Check out was at 11:30am so we had a nice lie in. We didn't order breakfast so can't comment on that. We would absolutely come back to the Amiral Fondary again :)

There wasn't anything we didn't like. For someone who is a light sleeper, maybe the walls might be thin, but to us it seemed like a very quiet hotel in a nice part of town.

Upon arrival, we were greeted by an extremely friendly member of staff. They made checking-in simple, and gave us plenty of information regarding our time in Paris. The rooms are cleaned daily, which is ideal. The air conditioning was brilliant and a welcome relief. Our shower was excellent, with plenty of hot water and great pressure. The lift is useful after a long day walking. The neighbourhood is lively with an authentic feel, and plenty of shops/restaurants/metro, nearby. Eiffel Tower - 10 minute walk (max). Lovely hotel, highly recommended!

The location is great, main attractions only walking distance we barely used the metro unless its 50 mints walk, the tower is so close, many resturants and cafes around, supermarkets close by, the room service is EXCEPTIONAL, every day and spotless, reception guys are friendly and helpful, the balcony is a plus, comfortable beds and very good shower pressure. Definitly staying their again.

Nothing. But they need to put so much in the breakfast but thats ok as you can tell the hotel is very new and they stil work on getting things done.

The room was comfortable and there was everything which I need. The bathroom was very clean and new. The service is perfect: nice receptionist and good housekeeping. The bed was comfortable and pillows was soft. And the location is perfect! 20 min by foot and you are near Eiffel tower! The WiFi worked fine and it was free

There was a smell in the room like could be in room with the dampness. Also soundproofing is bad and I heart everything around. But every day I came back to the room so tired that I just fell a sleep - Still for this price and location 10/10

Perfect location, a few minutes of walk to the subway or bus, 15-20 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower, close to many good breakfast restaurants and local markets. Very nice, quiet and safe area. If your main purpose is travel and spend most of your time out of the hotel, this is your choice, if you looking for comfort accommodations and use the hotel's facilities

The room a bit small, but good enough for two people who not planning to spend much time in the room or hotel, we were leaving the room around 9AM and coming back at night, so we needed the room only to keep our stuff and for sleep, so the hotel perfectly served the purpose.

The staff at this small hotel were amazingly friendly, helped us get around town and practice our french. They booked our taxi for our departure etc. The hotel is less than 1/4 mile from two different Metro stations which made getting around super easy, while not in the crazy busy part of the city. We were a 20 minute slow walk to the Eiffel Tower and had tons of small restaurant options in the few blocks surrounding us. They use old school (real) keys that you turn in at the front desk when you leave, so no risk of losing them. The courtyard is quaint, although we didn't spend any time there.

I can't think of anything we didn't enjoy.

I stayed here back in March and my experience was amazing! The staff at the hotel were very friendly! I unfortunately do not speak french, but the staff was more than willing to help me out with everything and were very pleasant to talk to. They spoke English, which was very helpful, even though it was certainly not a requirement. I cannot say enough nice things about the wonderful staff here! On top of that, the room was well taken care of and very comfortable.

No complaints, I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Staff was very friendly and helpful, and having the keys at the front helped me relax since I wasn't worried about losing them. The A/C worked very well, the bathroom was spacious if odd design, and the bed was very comfortable. Blackout curtains worked well, housekeeping was on point, and it was a good size for a couple. Good location though a little far from the metro during the Olympics, being able to walk to the less hectic parts of Paris was lovely.

Shower design was odd, the TV was too small for the space, and... that's it. It was a great place.

Small hotel but the room was large and the bed was really comfortable. TV and Wifi worked well. Didn't test them out, but the room also came with a kettle and some tea/coffee. The staff were really friendly and let us leave bags at the reception both before and after our stay so we could go sightseeing (bonus: there was a very sweet cat hanging around reception!). The desk is 24 hours so we could come and go as we pleased. Close enough to walk to the Eiffel Tower and plenty of nice shops and boulangeries nearby.

The bathroom door doesn't quite cover the space for it (as in, there are little cracks where you can peek in) and was made of glass so it didn't really feel that seperated from the room - as we stayed as a couple, this wasn't a huge deal, but might be a bit awkward if you were sharing with a friend. The shower basically turned the bathroom into a wet room, so be prepared to use a couple of extra towels to clean that up.
