It was a good location - not directly in the city itself but close to a metro so we could easily get into the city.

Parking: It can be hard to access coming by car. We couldn’t find the parking garage and then once we found it, there was no street parking but they made us check in before they gave the garage code. It would be handy if they could offer a guaranteed place to park while checking in and/or letting you park in the garage and then come check in. Our room: my only issue with the room was that the light wasn’t working in our bathroom so we had to do everything with the phone’s flashlight. I assume this isn’t normal, and since we stayed only one night, we didn’t make a fuss about it, but having a working bathroom light would have been much handier!

The hotel was nice so was it's parking as it was safe. Only improvement point would be to have a safer way to access the parking as when we are returning back to the parking late at night, we are required to step out of the vehicle to put the code. This was dangerous as the location is shady and people approached me asking for money. Being late night, it's not that safe

The location. But i understand that nothing can be done for that. Still if some improvements can be made for the underground parking, that would be great

Big bedroom, big bathroom, elevator, big television. Check-In front desk lady is nice and professional.

Neighborhood people and front desk in functional male employees (insulted me because they never met ultra-functional white race people due to limited life experience and horizons). Nearby supermarket and grocery store lack of high protein, low fat, low carb and low sugar products.

The place was close to the metro and tramway, so it was very easy to get around the city. The staff was very helpful and friendly

The room took 2 days to be cleaned, and we stayed for 5 days, so this was literally half of our visit where the room was not serviced.. at some point, I had to chase them for clean towels.

Quiet and clean, cozy room; good elevators, near the metro. Direct bus connection to Bercy station.

Only one chair in a double room. Not the best district, but one can come from the other metro station without going through it.

Our client loved the room. Squeaky clean and beautiful, that our client requested for an additional day extension. The management staff and the front desk staff were cordial and professional. We will add B&B Hotel to our list of recommendations to our network of clients whenever they visit Paris.

Location is great. Close to the metro and lots of cheap Food shops in the street. But the area is a little dirty and shabby people around. Inside the hotel is a lot safer

Breakfast items need to be increased/improved.

The neighborhood is fantastic. Safe. Cafe Au Bon Coin Aubervilliers has something creative and fun going on every night. I will remember it as one of my favorite places in Paris.

Receptionist was great and helpful.

Tv was locked and couldn't use smart features. WiFi was horrible and disconnected or didn't want to connect at all. No greens at breakfast, only eggs and bacon.

Breakfast was really nice and tastefull. Rooms are clean, very quiet with few socket (mobile charge) plugs which is also plus. We didn't hear any noice from the street. The staff was nice and helpful. The place was exactly what we needed for 3 nights :)
