Location was superb! Walking distance to Notre-Dame and nice morning walk to the Lourve areas and 1st ed. Close enough to main train stations like Saint-Michel Notre-Dame, Pont Neuf and Chatelet. The room was significantly bigger compared to Paris standard at this price. We've got a small kitchen and bathtub which helped a lot with long trip. We were on the 1st floor so no river view but we've got a courtyard view with privacy which we were totally good with it. The hotel provides free coffee from the machine which was pretty good. Saved us a lot of morning and afternoon coffee! It is a serviced apartment so you only get the cleaning service after 7 days of stay but we can pick up new towels/bath mat anytime which was great.

The staff was reasonably friendly and check - in/out was efficient. Would be better with a bit more friendliness but well, it's Paris and it's a serviced apartment! So this is just a very minor point.

The room was very comfortable and had a kitchenette. There was also a desk if you need to work from your room. There was a telephone, television and a safe. A good breakfast is available for an additional fee. They offered beautiful French cheeses every day as well as excellent breads, fresh fruit, crepes and pastries, etc. Coffee and tea are available in the lobby 24 hours at no charge. The WIFI was good. The staff is mostly friendly and helpful. The location is excellent. Many excellent restaurants are in walking distance as well as metro and RER stations. The hotel is a short walk and across the river from the Louvre. It is directly across the river from Îsle de la Cité.

Location was fantastic and security was great at the hotel. I also appreciated that the room was fairly spacious and that there was AC which we could control from our room.

The 1-week requirement in order to qualify for housekeeping is a bit ridiculous in my opinion. We stayed for 5 nights and I think it would have been reasonable to have our trash taken out and our bathroom cleaned at least once in that time period. This is a hotel after all, not an AirBnB.

Right near Pont Neuf and St. Germain. We lucked out and our room had classic french doors/windows looking out on a small street. You could see the Seine from the side street window. They had the best ironing board I've ever used: my son looked very dapper in his silk suit walking about town thanks to the ironing. There was a lovely small kitchen room, which we didn't use except for tea.

Went to get breakfast, they had you sign in. I had one mini croissant, one egg and half a cup of mediocre coffee. When I went to check out they charged me 18 Euro. I told him there was nothing indicating there was a charge for breakfast. Front desk staff refused to take it off my bill. All I ask is that if I'm charged, I know about it in advance: a sign or some kind of notice.

Perfect location to all the major attractions. Clean, friendly staff and very comfortable beds. Good room facilities although didn’t use many. Excellent free coffee and hot chocolate from reception.

My wife and daughter would have like a few more mirrors. The only one was in the bathroom which didn’t have the best lighting for doing makeup etc. Not really a fault of the hotel but our room was next to the side street and most nights I was woken up by very loud bin lorry’s. Also curtains didn’t close at the edges very well and let in a lot of light early in the mornings.

I love the location and how it was located right in the center of everything. It was very convenient to get by. Also loved the hotel had a kitchenette so we can cook simple dish depending on need.

There isn’t much I didn’t like about the property. It’s only that the key was not working a couple of times so I had to replace it.

Great location, v close to St Germain area with lots of cafés, shops etc. Close to metro stop. Good kitchenette and decent bathroom (with plenty of hot water). Big King size bed and a good quality pull out sofa bed which made into 2 singles. Free coffee machine in reception. Felt secure with room key used to access main door and to use the lift.

Staff could have been friendlier. No milk provided for tea/coffee in the room. Room was a little tired with some damage to walls and fixtures/fittings.

The location right on the Seine in the Left Bank can't be beat - it's the perfect area to stay in Paris. The staff were friendly and the lobby spacious and comfortable. The Citadines is a good choice for expensive Paris.

The room was quite dark but it was very quiet since it overlooked an interior courtyard.

The location was perfect! The lobby was really nice.

The carpets are old and stained. The reception staff are very surly.

I like the size of the rooms

We didn’t really know that there’s no room cleaning in between days.
