We absolutely loved our stay at Hotel Alison! From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to help and genuinely welcoming. They even helped us celebrate our daughter’s birthday with a special treat in our room, which was such a sweet and memorable touch! The location couldn’t be better—quiet and charming, yet just a short walk to cafés, shops, metro, and major sights. It felt like the perfect home base for exploring the city. Our room was spotless, well-appointed, and the beds were incredibly comfortable—we all slept so well, which isn’t always easy when traveling. From the hospitality to the comfort and ideal location, Hotel Alison exceeded our expectations. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The location is very convenient to go around the city centre on foot or use public transport. The bed matress and pillow are among the best I have ever slept on. All staff at the reception were very polite and helpful.

There is no fridge in the room, and during a summer heatwave, that's an issue. The cleaning staff made too much noise too early in the morning, around 7+, which I found annoying. The room is too expensive for its amenities but that's Paris.

Really good location, short walk to the Metro, and some of the main attractions are within 10 to 20 minutes walk. There is plenty of choice for evening meal, with numerous restaurants and bistros close by. The continental breakfast, was as expected and very good with a number of cost options available. What sets this hotel apart, are the wonderful staff who go the extra mile to make your stay a pleasurable one. A special shout out to Laurie, who was wonderful.

Very little, tea and coffee facilities in the room would have been a bonus.

We have stayed in many places in Paris but none could match the warm welcome we received at Hotel Alison. As many hotels become part of a larger chain and loose their personality, Hotel Alison is a beacon of old school hospitality. The location was quiet and unique. It is behind the Élysées Palace and subsequently security is evident . This area is safe and close to many metro stations and also the central shopping district. We loved our room with a very comfortable bed and plenty of space to unpack two suitcases. We were able to leave our luggage during our checkout day as we had a late flight. The wifi is excellent along with very helpful staff. Definitely a place we will come back to.

That we couldn’t stay longer.

Good location and felt very safe in the area. Its quite quiet in the morning and night as its tucked away in a street. The metro was very close by so you can easily get to the tourist locations real quick. Its not too far from them but far enough that you're not in the chaos of tourists. The staff were generally very lovely and the room is clean. We also had a lovely little window

We were staying in Paris for the tennis and a lot of places were booked out. This was a last minute choice, but turned out to be everything we needed. It was in a great location right near the metro, good restaurants and shopping. And the front desk team were friendly and helpful. If you just need a place to sleep in a convenient location in Paris this is more than enough.

No views or food options at this place. But we didn't really need either. We spent most of our time out enjoying the city.

Something of a last minute booking after an error on my side. The location was key and Hotel Alison met my requirement. Whilst I had booked a single I was in a room with a large double AND a further single bed!

The blanket and sheet were sufficient but personally I do prefer a duvet. On returning to the hotel the night porter was on a call and I was left waiting for several minutes to be let in - not a major issue and potentially his telephone call was supporting other clientele but his manner could have been better.

Nice little hotel in a quiet side street near Madeleine. The location was excellent as basically everything was in easy walking distance and the metro was very close by. The hotel staff were friendy and very helpful. We can recommend and would go here again.

There were no facilities for making hot coffee/tea in the room. The hotel breakfast, which we had one morning, was very plain.

The staff was amazing. From the front desk to the cleaning staff, all were kind, courteous, and very helpful. The management went above and beyond to help us plan tours that were fun and appropriate for my three VERY different teenagers. The breakfast was wonderful and more than enough food. We could eat in the lovely dining area or they would bring to our rooms. The location was amazing. In between fancy stores (Dior, Hermes, Gucci, etc.) and a wonderful neighborhood with cute shops and great cafes. Very convenient to the metro and many tourist destinations. We would return tomorrow if possible.

Truly nothing. I have traveled to Paris many times and this was by far my best experience thanks to the staff and location of the hotel.

The breakfast was more than enough for my needs in the morning. Typical French breakfast with baguette and croissant, fresh fruit juice and milk; cheese and butter, and more. The breakfast are were clean and tidy.

There is nothing that I didn't like in Hotel Alison.
