This hotel is a little gem in the trendy neighborhood of Saint Germaine des Pres. If you want to get the real French experience with true parisians daily life and not just to be sorrounded by tourist trap restaurants and places, this is your hotel. It’s elegant, chic, the staff is very courteous and authentically helpful. Breakfast is well presented buffet style, they don’t have a restaurant but they work for in room service with a neighbor restaurant. Rooms are clean and spacious, bathrooms comfortable. It has a large indoor pool and a spa. The hotel is centrally located, 3 blocks away from Pont Neuf and you can walk to Le Louvre museum. It is sorrounded by nice restaurants, massage places, stores and bookstores. Many people walk on the area and is very safe at any time to walk around. It is also close to the St Germain des Pres Christmas market, Notre Dame de Paris is also close by and at a walking distance. Will definitely go back!

I absolutely loved everything about this property! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the immaculate cleanliness, the well-organized environment, and the incredibly friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay exceptional. One of the highlights was being allowed to check in earlier than expected, which I truly appreciated. The attention to detail was remarkable—nighttime gifts on my bed, fresh fruit, and a maid service that ensured my room was spotless every day. It was evident that cleanliness and guest comfort were top priorities. Beyond the luxury, I felt completely safe and protected. The staff checked on me to make sure I was okay, which made me feel genuinely cared for. This level of hospitality is rare, and it made my experience all the more special. Overall, my stay was flawless, and I can’t recommend this hotel enough. I will definitely be returning! Oh and I am obsessed with the CLARINS shower gel it smells amazing!

Shower didn’t get hot enough

This is a truly civilized place to stay. It is in a bustling part of Paris, and upon entering the hotel there is a sense of calm. It is charming, and beautifully executed. We had two different rooms, both beautifully designed, though, as is often the case with Paris hotels, they were not very large. The service is excellent, the breakfast amazing, and I loved the swimming pool. The concierge was very helpful. I would say this hotel is the very opposite of many gimmicky hotels, and instead is an understated class act.

As stated above, the rooms are not very spacious

We loved the location, excellent for walking around the chic St Germain de Pres, within walking distance of many sights and close to the Odeon metro. Lively neighborhood with great shopping or dining options. The staff were wonderful and very helpful, and the facilities are clean and well maintained; we were upgraded from a deluxe room to a suite, which was more than enough for a couple. We stayed for two nights and had breakfast one morning and it really was the perfect way to start the day, with a lot of buffet options and delicious crepes. We would definitely return!

A bit noisy from other rooms, but I am a very light sleeper.

We recently stayed at this wonderful hotel in the 6eme in Paris for a week in September. It was our 15th or so stay there since 2005. Little has changed over the years, except that the hotel turned its underground car park into a wonderful pool, gym and spa and gained an extra star to make it the best 5 star boutique hotel in Paris. What else has changed? Very little. The staff are still magnificently friendly and helpful, in the bar, at the front desk, in the breakfast room and the doormen. To be greeted by them each year as an old friend adds to the charme de la maison. The only long term difference has been that Jean Vernaz, the wonderful concierge is no longer there... he is now concierge at The Ritz! However, the lovely Coralie now leads the concierge team and maintains the high standard of help and friendship that we had from Jean. Flavian still runs the bar, the live Jazz is still there and all is well with the world.

The weather, but I will not hold that against them! Everything else was excellent comme d'habitude.

Good location and all the staff are friendly.The room is really clean.My kids are like the swimming pool so much.WILL BE BACK IN THE FUTURE.

The room is small and l didn't have enough space to put my luggages.

The location was perfect. Beautiful neighborhood which was great to walk around. The hotel is beautiful. The staff was excellent across the board. We enjoyed the buffet style breakfast, although it was a little pricey (expected in a high end hotel in Paris). We enjoyed the bar and lounge area with the nightly life jazz performances. I would highly recommend this hotel. It was our first time in Paris and would definitely stay at Hotel D'Aubusson again.

I had a junior suite and was happy I did because it was the perfect size. I would have been uncomfortable in a smaller room. The nightly jazz performance was great.

The hotel was in an excellent location, was obviously well maintained, and peaceful. The bed was very comfortable (especially the sheets!) and the housekeepers expertly entered the room when we were out to refresh it and left clean towels each time. The pool spa area was well heated, yet refreshing after our long days of sightseeing!

The room was small and the bathtub/ shower was awkwardly positioned.
