We went in winter the the hotel was very warm and comfortable to stay in. Everything in the bedroom and bathroom were clean. They also provided earmuffs which was very good. We really liked the orange and mint, and lemon and mint water downstairs at the reception. People at reception are very friendly and helpful. Water in the room got refilled every day.

The room and elevator is quite small, it would be even better if they were slightly bigger.

A really lovely hotel within easy walking distance of Gare du Nord. The staff were incredibly friendly and were able to accommodate a slightly later check-out. Rooms are small but all you need to rest your head and tired legs after exploring the city. Small touches like water in reception and in the rooms, coffee machine with pods provided, and lovely bathroom amenities, were all great. Asked for a room on a high floor overlooking the street which we were given.

The room was very warm, and as we had a room overlooking the street it meant it was very loud at night if we wanted to open the window. I'm sure this could have been solved by knowing how to use the heating/air-conditioning system, but no clear instructions were provided. Also, whilst not a problem for us, the lift and stairways are very narrow. This wouldn't stop me from recommending it or staying again.

Room was clean, though very small. Comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and nice.

The staff asked me to have a look at the credit card for guarantee although the booking was non-refundable and fully paid through booking.com. I have never experienced this anywhere else, so I hope the card data is safe. I know that this depends on availability, but I doubt the hotel was fully booked. They refused check-in completely before 2:00 PM. However, they offered to keep any luggage.

Styling was absolutely beautiful. Elegant and clean. Staff were always super friendly and location was perfect!

Our room was relatively dark. With a window at the far end of the room tucked round the corner, it meant we didn’t get much sunlight. We also had a shower above the bath which had great power and lovely and warm but but shower screen or curtain?

wonderful experience with such cozy nice hotel, location is fantastic. a bit far from some key attractions but near so many shopping areas, nice restaurants the staff and reception are more than friendly and respectable. I can consider it for my future visit to Parise

Staff were all universally lovely, the location was perfect (close to restaurants, metro stations, and the passage Jouffroy), and the room was beautifully decorated and very clean. I even got a room with one of those typically Parisian tiny balconies, and spent the mornings drinking my coffee while enjoying the gorgeous view! I'll never forget that view. The bed was so comfortable that I slept better than I do at home. The room was compact and the typical size for Paris, but well designed and laid out. I'll definitely try to stay here again next time I'm in Paris.

Tiny bathroom! It was as nice as the rest of the room, but I'm a smallish person and I can only imagine that someone bigger would have trouble getting past the toilet to the shower. Anyone taller than 5 foot 10 or so might have to crouch a little to get their head under the showerhead. Not a problem if you're prepared for that (the pluses of this place infinitely outweigh the downsides), but good to know before booking!

Paris traffic, rain… Very few, very small things like how long it takes the elevator doors to close. The light switching in my room: I like to read in bed with only the bedside light on. Unless I didn’t figure it out the light outside the bathroom and at the far window were on until I cut all lights.

The location is super convenient, centrally located in the Faubourg-Grand Blds area. Close to dining, bars and shopping. The breakfast at the hotel was excellent and a good value. The hotel is chic and boutique - nicely designed and appointed.

Rooms were a bit on the small side but expected for this area of Paris and yet a good value.

Very convenient to my office and Metro connections, in an area with plenty of restaurants and bars. Stylish decor, good facilities including coffee machine, kettle and toiletries.

Pretty compact and low ceiling in the bathroom but still stylish, clean and functional.

The gentleman at the hotel reception was very helpful with arranging a taxi and was also very friendly. The hotel facilities were sufficient. I would choose this hotel again for my next trip.
