The staff were very kind and helpful. My flight was delayed and I arrived late for check-in, but they welcomed me warmly. There was also a microwave available, which was convenient. The room was small, but it had everything I needed.

The in-room coffee maker had a slimy water tank and couldn't be used without cleaning it thoroughly first. The hotel itself was also quite difficult to find — I had to stop by the reception of another hotel multiple times before I finally found it. Additionally, the shampoo and body soap were combined into one product, and there was no conditioner provided, so guests who are particular about hair care might want to bring their own toiletries.

You are likely to book here because you are using the Bus to Beauvais Airport (BVA) which is just opposite. Our bathroom was excellent, and the the bed was good, but the small grey room is not one that I would have wanted to spend more than a single night. Whilst comfortable, and giving us a good quiet night's sleep, it didn't provide much more than that.

Forget breakfast, it would have been poor for five Euros, let alone sixteen. Take a cue from the small size of the breakfast room, and from my experience that no one else was breakfasting when I was and it didn't look as though anyone had used the tables that morning

The Breakfast was excellent! Everything was fresh, and wonderfully tasty. The Staff was extraordinarily helpful in every way, especially in offering assistance with directions, and recommendations for dining. The Room was clean and comfortable, with a great city view. The location of the Hotel is excellent! It is steps from the Metro, and a short walk to the Arc de Triomphe. Additionally there are ample shopping and dining options in the neighborhood.

The shower/tub has a rounded surface on the bottom so that it's very slippery to stand in. Shower mats are a necessity. Small lip/step-up into bathroom that was just enough to trip on. We put paper on the floor as a reminder that it's there. The room location overlooked mechanical equipment, which was a particularly unattractive.view. We just kept the drapes closed. The room's shared walls were not well-insulated. We had an elevator on one side and a group of loud people on the other. My husband was sick with a cough all night, which undoubtedly disturbed them, too. Smoker (hotel worker?) used front outside alcove entry to smoke, which blocked our entry, as we didnt want to walk through the concentrated smoke..

Location was central and staff were extremely friendly. Rooms were clean although it was bit small with very little space for movement.

Breakfast was below average for € 16, even by French standards where the offering is very limited. Even a hard boiled egg was unavailable on day two of my stay. The main elevator definitely needs to be serviced as it did not open fully at times in my floor.

Location was perfect, the neighbourhood is clean, safe, with restaurants and pubs very nearby. Metro less than 8 mins away. 40 mins away from CFG Airport by taxi, 1 hour 30 mins by RER and metro.

Breakfast was not included in the price, you have to pay extra on check in. This was not an issue though as we had to leave early.

I love this location, staff was friendly and helpful. Super quiet, was able to get nice rest. Enjoyed our stay. Liked the intimacy of the size of the hotel

carpets could be refreshed, lighting was a bit dark for my personal needs. other than that it was great.

Hotel very well located to port Malliot bus station and Metro station it is only a short walk to Arc de triumph The bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was a lovely size and has a great shower. It's a good hotel for a 2 night stay in the city. The receptionist on check-in was really friendly and helpful with directions and map. Right beside Hyatt Regency Hotel that has a bar on the 34th floor for great views over Paris

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect as well, we just walked most places, but we were also very close to all sorts of public transport. I would for sure stay again!

The street was very loud, but luckily the windows had excellent sound insulation, so when they were closed, it was very peaceful.
