You get what you paid for. Look this is a basic hotel but it more than makes up for it in terms of lovely front desk, comfortable small rooms and a perfect location. The Metro and Bus Stops are less than 5 minutes walk and the Gare du Nord is < 10 minutes. If you are staying here do not take a taxi as its very accessible by foot. While rooms are very small the front desk is happy to provide you an iron, hairdryer to make your stay more comfortable. Just ask.

Breakfast is ultra basic and even in basic hotels they can do better. There is simply too little protein available or vegetables. As indicated before the location and staff more than make up for it.

Within walking distance to Paris Gard du Nord. Very modern, clean hotel. Bathroom was very modern and clean with great water pressure. Some great restaurants and bars nearby which offer something different to the usual expensive tourist traps in Paris. We were worried it might be a bit noisy but this didn’t turn out to be the case. We got a very quiet night’s sleep here.

Service was no thrills, barely a smile really but when you’re only staying a night it didn’t impact our stay. Could have done with some more pillows in the room as the ones were provided were on the flat side. Room was very ‘cozy’ for the three of us

This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I really enjoyed my weekend. The breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options to choose from. I absolutely loved it. The staff, including the cleaners, were amazing as always!

The ground floor is under construction during my stay, which I believe should have been mentioned on the website when making the reservation. Additionally, the air conditioning was not working, and the room was very hot. A fan would have been helpful, as opening the windows let in a lot of street noise, making it difficult to sleep. These issues didn’t ruin my stay, but I think they are important to highlight.

Clean, close to the city center and good value for money

Staff(( they didn’t know why my keys didn’t work, every time I got back I had to go to the reception and reload my keys again. Yesterday I asked what was the best way to get to the city airport, the lady receptionist told me that she called a taxi for me which would cost 80€. I agreed. This morning another receptionist told me that he didn’t hear about the taxi at all( I reordered the taxi. Around 5 pm I came to the reception but again another receptionist told me that there was no order for taxi(((( finally the taxi arrived, but!!! It cost me 185€!!! I was furious! If I knew that it cost 185 I would never ever agreed! That was irresponsible from the hotel staff and I was very disappointed!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at ibis Paris Gare du Nord Château-Landon 10ème . The location is excellent conveniently close to Gare du Nord train station, making it easy to explore the city and beyond. The reception staff were exceptionally welcoming and helpful. I want to highlight the outstanding service provided by the lady at reception on the afternoon of 4th March around 2 PM. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she truly went above and beyond, even assisting me in communicating with my Uber driver who didn’t speak English. Her willingness to help made a real difference. A special mention also goes to the cleaning staff on the 4th floor during my stay from 1st to 4th March. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist. They truly are a credit to the hotel. Kudos to those gentlemen! Overall, a fantastic experience—highly recommended!

A kettle would be great in the room rather than going every time to the ground floor to get hot water for tea, but it’s was not a problem for me.

Excellent friendly reception staff. Excellent breakfasts that catered really well for my gluten free 7 year old. Brilliant quiet location only 5-10 min walk from Gare du Nord. We had two twin rooms, one was a great size the other was quite small, but given the price great value, we were very pleased with the room as more importantly they were very clean and functional. Would certainly recommend for people wanting to do a lot of exploring of the city as great location and very reasonable price wise

My only improvement would be to have safes in the bedrooms. but that was a minor thing.

Location was spot on.. only a few mins walk to the metro and all of Paris is within easy reach; and obviously close by to the Eurostar terminal if that is your chosen transport option. Excellent buffet breakfast with more than enough choices although only a small seating area so can fill up fairly quickly. Clean & tidy rooms as was the rest of the hotel so no issues there. Basic bar area next to reception did the trick after a long day on our feet. Hopefully one of the staff has learnt to pour a beer properly by now.. obviously not shown how to do it right, as must have wasted 3 pints to pour 1.. not funny but it made me laugh though!! A good choice for hotel for 1 night or multiple nights. Will be my first choice next time

Nothing stood out to make me want to put it down in words.

The staff was professional and incredibly helpful whenever I asked for something including a place to lock our 2 bikes in the parking garage, an hour later check out time, and help calling a taxi-van for the airport. The area is busy but the windows lock out 90% of the noise. It's a 5-10 minute walk to Gare du Nord and Gare de l'est and each has decent restaurants. The breakfast was better than I expected with plenty of protein as well as pastries. They have a small bar for evening drinks as well. We rode our bikes around town but they have several metro stops and bus lines very near by.

I had a pleasant stay overall. The room size is decent for two people, providing just enough space for comfort. The bathroom facilities were fine, and the shower was functional with hot water available. One of the biggest advantages is the location – the metro is easily accessible, making it convenient to explore Paris. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, which added a nice personal touch. If you're looking for an affordable place to stay for a short trip to Paris, I would recommend this hotel. It offers good value for what you pay.

While the stay was decent, there were a few downsides. The room's heating system wasn’t working, which was inconvenient, especially during chilly nights. The showerhead had noticeable limescale, which could use some maintenance. Additionally, the neighborhood might not feel entirely safe for walking around late at night, so keep that in mind if you plan to stay out late.

Spotless, nice bathroom. Big TV. Excellent location for getting about. Nice cosy bar for nightcap. Big elevator which is unusual in Paris. Friendly staff. Easy quick check in and check out. Comfy bed. Quiet for peaceful sleep. Safe secure entry, including the lifts. Excellent hair dryer. Nice restaurants around the hotel, especially the noodle place across the road. Amazing food at incredibly cheap prices. 4€ for a leffe. 5 mins walk to gare du l'est.
