Nice staff and perfect location

Great location linked to gare du nord with rer E and paris west with rer C Very comfortable bed, decent space in the room, decent space in the bathroom and nice shower pressure. Super soft towels! Very nice amenities overall and very polite staff . There is an elevator.

No kettle available but the person at the reception prepared hot water for delivery in the room upon request which was a very nice touch. The light in the room is a bit too dim.

Location - this hotel is well situated near Line 1 of the metro and not far from Champs Elysees. Great location. Also front desk staff were great at one stage offering us sweets from breakfast for free.

Room size was tiny esp with two people plus suitcases. Also cleaner often forgot to clean the room throughly and we always had to ask for water!

The room, by American standards, was comparatively small, but it was very clean and had the latest hardware and furnishings. And the window actually opened up to the street which allowed me to let in air when the room was too hot or too cold due to the climate control. I did not speak much French, and the staff were very accommodating by speaking English, and the food provided was exceptional. I especially liked the fresh squeezed orange juice and the chocolate croissants. I'm just sorry my family did not come to meet me.

There was a lot of construction going on one of the main train lines, which made it difficult to get to the parks, and to get to the northern part of Paris. Any dislike I have is more for my family not meeting me as was promised, and has nothing to do with the hotel. The parks are very clean, and the Champes Elysee and Arc de Triomphe were very interesting to see and very near the hotel. The room's refrigerator was slightly smaller than other hotels' refrigerators, but it wasn't a problem. I'm just sorry I don't speak more French.

The staff. The manager was kind. Mary who checked me in was very friendly. And Camille is a great staff member to have on your team because she makes sure her guests have everything they need! I have been working in the hotel industry for the last 5 years so I don’t take good service for granted. And the breakfast was perfect! 🤩

Awesome staff, superb location, very clean wonderful ammenities. Villa des Ternes is my default hotel when I'm in Paris. Very great location, just close to Porte Maillot. Metro and bus access not far from the hotel and there are many shops next to it. Avenue des Champs Elysée is not far either

From the time I walked in till the time I checked out everything was perfect. Staff was amazing. They were very helpful, knowledgeable, and pleasant. Housekeep was also amazing and resourceful. Breakfast was also amazing.

Friendly staff, good location near metro and convention centre, clean

I had someone stay with me for 2 nights, but still got charged the tax per person for the entire stay. The property said they would refund me, but this never happened.

The location was great. The amenities were exceptional. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was value for money. Although the room was smaller everything was much better compared to the Hyatt next door.

The expeller fan in the bathroom was not working.
