Excellent location.I got an upgraded room without paying extra money-a nice surprise-and despite arriving early I was allowed to occupy the room.The employees were always very polite and helpful when I had a question.

At the end of my journey I realized that breakfast was included in the price.Although it was my fault, because I had not read my booking carefully,but the receptionist didn’t mention the breakfast when I arrived ( they usually do).

Good location, within a 10 minute walk to Arc De Triomphe. The room was small and a little too warm, but clean and comfortable. Large selection of breakfast choices and breakfast was available until 11am.

It is a very large hotel, with many business/corporate guests so always busy. We used this hotel as part of a tour group so had no choice but to stay here. I prefer smaller hotels that better reflect the culture of the city that I am visiting.

The club exclusive access and breakfast were extremely great! The breakfast buffet has such a great variety and amazing taste that I think I miss that the most now being back home!! Totally worth the price.

There is not much to not like to be honest. I would say it was annoying at times to use the toilet with the flush sensor going off every 20 seconds however with trial and error you manage to find a way to make it work.

Great location next to conference centre and metro. Lots of restaurants nearby and bakeries nearby. Room was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

The water refilling machine on my floor and the one below were not working when I first checked in. Though it was a great environmentally friendly idea to provide water bottles for refilling with machine that could provide chilled still or sparkling water.

We had booked 3 rooms and when we checked in we found out that two were on one floor and the 3rd on another. The manager on duty worked to get us all on the same floor. That was very nice of him. The 21euro breakfast was worth every cent!

When we checked in, there were no bell-boys to help with our luggage to our rooms. We were very tired so that was a let down for us.

Hotel's location very good; nice big lobby. Close to Metro and RER stations. Many good restaurants nearby. Rooms are clean. Breakfast is good. Staff is nice and helpful.

Although I was upgraded, my room was small and very far from the elevator. For what I got, prices were expensive.

location was good, staff at concierge, the bell desk,reception,house keeping, all staff are the best I had experienced in Paris till now, the lobby was huge with ample seating!

the toilet was tiny super, couldn't understand why they designed it like that, the mattress was not good at all, door lock had issues, some fixtures in the room needed replacement.

Breakfast

My Towels were misplaced by the house keeper that came in to clean on Thursday morning. She mistook them for the Hotels' and when I complained to her she wasn't professional and couldn't be bothered about finding them because of language barrier. So I didn't get them back

The staff were really helpful upon arrival. Accommodating to my needs as I was running in a race the following day. The room was lovely, had everything I needed and the location is walkable to the Arc de Triomphe, so a good place to stay in Paris.

The Location was excellent for getting around Paris. So close to the Metro. Lots of restaurants and grocery stores. Our room was very comfortable. Really appreciated the refrigerator and kettle. Breakfast, while pricey and we couldn't do it everyday, was delicious with many many options!!!!

We didn't have our coffee and supplies (milk, sugar, tea) refreshed everyday. We ended up buying our own instant coffee, tea and milk so that we could have coffee and tea each day. We also didn't get coffee cups each day so we purchased a couple mugs. Came back to the room one day and our mugs were out in the hallway. We would have lost them if we hadn't come back at that time. Room cleaners need to be more aware of what is hotel property! A couple of colourful Paris mugs do not belong to the Hotel!!!!
