The property has two lovely restaurant (cafes) attached to the hotel which were good - the location was superb

The breakfast was repetitive ( ham / boiled eggs/ croissant / bread / fruit / orange juice / tea all served in a tray - no other choice / but it was good just the same thing gets a bit boring

We had a Superior Double Room with Courtyard View - Metropolitaine Room and it was spacious. Hotel very good location! Close to Metro and Gare Montparnasse for the Palace of Versailles and Montmartre (for Basilique du Sacré Coeur). Montparnasse seemed less touristy than Montmartre. My sister and I would definitely stay in this area again. Approx. a 30 minutes walk to the The Eiffel Tower via Avenue de Suffren but one way is longer than the other. If you go straight this is the quickest way! It is a nice modern hotel with a bit of a hostel feel.

Breakfast wasn't a buffet not what we expected. We didn't like the fruit salad much. Fresh food would have been good. Breakfast was fine but we would have preferred a buffet. It was pricey for a five-night stay but location great and when booked it seemed like this is Paris for you. Also we arived during The French Open which might have added to the prices of accomodation.

Having read the reviews on this site I asked for an airconditioned room - and got one! Room 63 - very stylish decor, comfy bed, great view, not a big room but well laid out with a good strong shower. The hotel is located right by Pasteur Metro Station - lines 6 and 12 - very convenient - plus there are bus stops nearby too. It's about 30 mins on the metro from Gare du Nord. Our room was well sound-proofed and the aircon was quiet. Breakfast was served on a wooden tray in the hotel's restaurant. The only choice was whether to have an egg and/or ham - but everything was good quality with a choice of hot drinks. Staff were very friendly and helpful throughout. I'd definitely return.

The hotel restaurant was closed for the August holidays - we were sorry to miss eating there.

A little out of the way of the city centre but very close to metro lines to get you in to everywhere you need to go. Staff were very lovely! Originally we had a room without air conditioning as there were none available when we asked - the team let us move to a new room the following day that did have air conditioning! Rooms a little small (common in Paris however) although very clean and well decorated. Allowed us to leave our bags before check in. A really cool little hotel, would definitely come back!

A small fridge would be nice in the room.

Room with a view. A small Juliet balcony opens out into the main square and that is like a breath of fresh air. All greenery around & the 15th arrondissement is a nice area to stay. Excellent location if you plan to use the Metro. Generally very cooperative staff at the counter.

We had an issue when we asked the staff to book us tickets for Moulin Rouge show & he booked another one. He was not even aware that he had booked at the wrong establishment. This has to do with training & understand he was new.

Super comfy bed. Clean. Friendly staff. Pasteur is a great location with easy access either by walking or metro. Wifi was great too. Cute boutique hotel and funky, with a fab view from my balcony

I would not have bothered with the breakfast, although they did their best to accommodate my allergy to dairy, they did not have alternative milks available. The staff in the restaurant were sour and the breakfast served in a strange way.

The location is amazing. You can walk to the Effiel Tower in around 25 mins, and the neighbourhood is really cute with a few useful shops and some local take out food places in case you want to eat and relax before heading out again in the evening. The metro stop (Pasteur) opposite the hotel makes travelling around the city super convenient. The rooms are comfortable, the decor is modern and the hotel team are friendly and helpful.

Very clean hotel and very close to the metro. The staff were really nice, and I think the breakfast was worth it (15€). The room was a little bit hot, and I didn't know how to adjust it. There was a small black spot on the ceiling (can be seen in the first picture); at least I didn't have any reaction to it, so it may not have been mold. Otherwise, the cleaning was perfect. Overall, a really great place, and I would visit again.

Madrigal hotel exceeded my expectations. From check in to check out, my time here was enjoyable and comfortable. Our room had a small balcony with a street view. The bathroom was quite small but it was enough for our time in Paris. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and we had a great sleep each night. The staff were friendly, approachable, and helpful. We dined at both of the restaurants attached and had delicious meals and beverages. The hotel is very convenient in location. The underground railway is across the road. It was about 20 minutes stroll down to the Eiffel Tower and a short uber ride to moulin rouge. I would happily encourage anyone staying in Paris for a few nights to book a room here. It was a delightful stay.

Clean, great showers and comfy beds with nice crisp linens. Loved the balcony to sit out for coffee. Small rooms, but space well designed. Staff were helpful with several questions.

We were on the street side on the 3rd floor and Saturday night was very loud and boisterous street noise with honking and very hard to sleep. Maybe higher up would be better, but noisy neighborhood.
