Excellent location. Well maintained and very spacious and modern rooms and bathrooms especially by European standards.

Staff were very unfriendly. Save for the concierge in front, the reception staff don’t greet you when you enter or exit the hotel. I had the coldest check in and check out I’ve ever had. No facilities were explained. And at check out you’d swear I was at a supermarket counter. It was very basic, they didn’t enquire about my stay, nothing. I do believe a personal touch and friendliness makes all the difference. Housekeeping was haphazard. The first two days it was good but then dropped. Toiletries were not replenished despite it being clearly visible that they were opened and finished (eg vanity kit), spoons were not replenished, cups not washed etc. This was rectified when we called. I still recommend the hotel but they definitely need to work on the personal skills.

Perfect location. 5 minute walk from the Champs Elysees. Literally across the street from a metro. Around the corner from Le Julien bakery, perfect place for a morning coffee, croissant, baguette, etc. The street it's on, Rue De Bowtie is filled with cafes and brasseries just minutes away. We had the junior suite for my wife and our two teenage kids. We had a queen bed and the kids had a pull out sofa in the other room which was big enough to comfortably fit them.

The breakfast was ok but not worth 25 euro.

The staff were very helpful without exception. The room was spacious and well appointed with a fridge and coffee machine. The breakfast was very good. Don't be put off by there being no restaurant - the area has loads of great bistro`s. If unsure, ask the concierge they recommend a number of great restaurants.

No air con it got a bit warm

Great Location only a short (approx €12) to all the main attractions. Very good breakfast, served until 1pm! exceptional Decor throughout, had a junior Suite which was very spacious and had a partition for privacy, decent size bath tub in a large bathroom. Water free and hot beverages, also daily housekeeping without having to request it. Plenty of Cafes and Restaurants nearby too.

My expectations were most definitely exceeded with hotel Rochester. The hotel was amazing value for money, so clean, really modern and great size for a family of four. Loved how close to the Champ Elysees it was to. We had a huge bed and then a great sized sofa bed for the two kids with still room for bags and walking around. Bathroom was super clean and modern. The reception area was also gorgeous. We weee on floor 5, I would love to go and stay on top floor to see the view the rooms get.

On our first night the bar man was quite abrupt around us sitting down to order a drink with our kids. I think he maybe wondered had we just walked off the street but then when we stated we were guests he was fine but still warned us about the children and behaviour (they were more than fine, sitting at a table playing card games). Myself and a family member went back down later on and was made to feel more welcome

the room was huge. staff accommodated our every need. we was travelling with an 18 month old and the cot was set up in the room when we arrived. staff polite and friendly, went over and beyond to call restaurants/ book cabs to make our stay enjoyable. location was perfect walking distance to almost all tourist spots

The room and the hotel was beautiful. Will definitely come back again. I liked the modern design of the room. Loved the wall colour. Room was spacious.Staff was kind and helpful in guiding the directions to the attractions. In the heart of Champs Elysees. Plenty of halal restaurants. The location of hotel is fabulous. Metro station just across the road. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. Champs Elysees is the main shopping street having all the main shopping outlets. Arc De Triomphe closeby. Easy to go to Eiffel Tower, Louvre Museum, Tulleries Garden and Christmas market by metro as they are on very short routes.

Everything from the concierge to wait staff and bartender was excellent. John the bartender is bar none, same goes for Cece and a few others. It's so clean and our room was just right for a 4 day stay, a couple, a 10 year old and a 15 month old. I will definitely stay again when I visit. The hotel is conveniently located right down the street from the Arc and many many higher end stores. I can't thank everyone there enough.

Absolutely nothing. It was perfect.

The staff, Gloria, Dominique, Thomas, Jessie were superb! They helped us arrange dinner reservations, tours, taxis for 6 and more! Answered all our American tourist questions.

I always love a hotel where breakfast is included. I don't recall the difference in the room rate to have that included. It was $25 per person at the hotel so we only a breakfast there once. However, I will say it was a full buffet.
