Room and property were absolutely immaculate and staff were all exceptionally helpful and kind. This is an extremely well-run operation. The location is also good. About a 10- to 15-minute walk to métro, but the tradeoff is that it's very quiet. Everything we needed was nearby, including an excellent grocery store a half-block away. Bedding was super-comfortable and toiletries provided were top-quality. Also loved having a closet in both bedrooms and additional storage in the hallway. Very functional room design as bedrooms, kitchen, and living room can all be closed off with sturdy doors. Amount of space is great by Paris standards!

The kitchen in our two-bedroom unit was tiny. Fine for two people but might be difficult for a bigger family that enjoys cooking together. (Note that some two-bedroom units have a different layout with open kitchens.)

We have stayed at the Royal Regency on numerous occasions. We used to live in Vincennes 25 years ago, so it is a nostalgia trip for us. This time we brought friends with us who had never been to Paris. The whole experience was superb. We were given adjacent one bed apartments at the back of the block which had lovely balconies overlooking woodland - you would not know that you were in the suburb of a major city! The staff were extremely polite and attentive, from check in through to departure. The location is also fantastic - only a 10 minute walk into town or to the Metro. Vincennes itself has a chateau, a huge park/woodland and lots of restaurants and interesting shops, plus a regular street market with amazing fresh produce. What's not to like!

We've stayed at Royal Regency several times and have always found it clean, safe, and quiet. So we felt lucky to be able to retreat here after another "boutique" hotel failed to meet expectations. The rooms are quite large by Paris standards and are spotless. The front desk is staffed 24/7 by a very kind, welcoming, professional team. It's nice to have laundry facilities on-site too, at a comparable cost to the laundromat a couple of blocks down the street. Location is great; a 10- to 15-minute walk to the métro puts you on Line 1, which serves many tourist "must-see" sites.

Wi-fi was almost nonexistent in our room. Boosting the signal throughout the entire property would elevate my score from 9 to 10. If i were traveling for business it would not be practical to take meetings near the lobby, where the connection is strongest. But for this particular vacation stay it wasn't as big an issue.

A newly renovated building with excellent infrastructure. The studio apartment is ideal for single travelers or couples and offers everything you need, including kitchen utensils and ecological paper towels (toilet, kitchen). The studio and bathroom were very clean, very spacious and simple, but well furnished. 2 wardrobes for clothes. Very comfortable bed, not too soft, which I prefer. Very convenient that you can do laundry in the hotel. The staff is very helpful and speaks very good English. The remodeling wasn't finished yet, so the gym and bar area weren't open yet, but will definitely be top notch when finished. Highly recommended!

A breakfast/snack buffet would be great, where you could buy something small to eat and drink.

We had a one bedroom unit. There was ample storage, the bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet at night. The kitchen was small but efficient. Everything was very clean. The property is located away from many restaurants and cafes but that made it quiet. It's located where people actually live, not work. So, to get to the metro station, bus or to cafes, you have too walk at least 15 minutes. There's a wonderful boulangerie across the street and another one about two blocks away. It felt like a very safe area to walk around at night. The front desk staff are very nice and helpful.

The radiator in the living room wouldn't work and it was cold when we stayed there, it worked in the other rooms though. The wifi never worked for us. The channels on the tv didn't always work.

It is easy to move in the vicinity

Sometimes you don't have enough cutlery to run the wash cycle but you need to wash one or two items (typically baby bottle 🍼). It was challenging to find where to put it to dry. The fridge was turned off and we were not informed, took us two days to notice. Might have helped to inform The canapé-lit is just ok for kids

This place was very nice! It worked for our family since it’s more of an apartment style stay than hotel. Kitchen came into use very well. When exiting the place to the right, there are lots of markets to shop from and get food. Center city is about a 15-20 min train ride. Was very comfortable!

The place is a bit far away from both metro stops. 15 minutes away walking. Keep that in mind if walking long distance is not your thing. Still not a problem tho, nice way to enjoy a walk through the city.

We (family of four) had a wonderful 5 night stay at the Royal Regency. The apartments were well set out, clean, and well sized. The staff were extremely helpful on check in. Rooms were cleaned mid way through the stay and there were plenty of towels/spare linen. Location wise, travel into Paris was extremely easy with both a train and metro station within a 10-15 minute walk. The journey time was roughly 20-30 to most major landmarks. Travel to Disney was also 30 minutes from the local station. Vincennes was a bustling town, full of shops and restaurants but quiet enough if a break from the city centre was needed. The nearby floral gardens also provided a quiet afternoon for our children. We would thoroughly recommend the accommodation and location and will definitely visit again!

Room was spacious and comfortable. Very easy check in process. Lovely neighbourhood and a quiet street.

The room we stayed in opened up to the walkway to reception so throughout the night the lights kept turning on with people walking past. The curtains weren’t dark enough to block this out unfortunately. We also were not advised it would take a week to get our security deposit back.
