Breakfast was awesome. The staff were very attentive to our requests. Food quality was excellent and the facilities were clean Hotel is in a decent location in Ranjit avenue with lots of options outside to eat and drink. Facilities are clean and modern. Room service is prompt and they try to get out of their way to take care of your needs. Overall their standards of hospitality is great and much better than hotels in us.

no microwave in rooms. Could be nice to have a place to warm up food ordered from outside. They didn't had card access for outside facilities like pool or gym so someone has to manually come and ask you which room you belong to. Could be easily controlled through a card reader like other hotels do.

Ours was a very short stay - just an overnighter. So we didn't use much of the facilities. However, the room was well maintained and clean. The service was prompt and to the mark - no misses there! The staff was helpful, courteous and quite pleasant to interact with. Special mention for Sagar at the check-in counter, he truly went the extra mile!

Only two things that come to mind (hence the overall rating of 8 on 10): 1. The time taken to check-in and room readiness. Even at 3 pm, our pre-booked rooms were not ready. We were to drop our bags and move on anyway, so this really didn't matter. But if we had to check-in right away, I would have lost it - wouldn't have had the patience to wait 30-40 mins after an 8 hour drive! 2. The hot water kettle - The first one in the room was unclean - dirty, actually. The replacement sent was broken, but still dirty - only a tad bit better. The explanation given - it's difficult to clean! Considering that we're supposed to drink from it, it was disappointing to hear!

Nice facilities, polite and responsive staff, plus the in-room food was great. Kudos to the entire team.

Breakfast buffet experience can be improved a bit. The central air conditioning in the resto was not great, seating near the windows had direct sunlight falling on them, may be introduce light blocking curtains there. Regarding food: Include authentic Amritsari kulchas, instead of the ones currently served, increase the capacity to refill empty food baskets/containers quickly. Probably thats all, otherwise everything else was on point.

Front desk was not agile while checking in also during checkout they were not sure that Payment has been done and they wanted additional proof. Frontdesk staff really needs more improvement

Good location. Staff very cooperative

We always had our dinner in hotel RESTAURENT for our 3 night stay. There is discount 25% written in all lift cabin but first day RESTAURENT manager say 15% discount and after our observation written in lifts cabin he agreed 20%. Second day dinner time another person in restaurant say we give you 25% discount . See once hotel have a policy for buffet lunch and dinner discount and very clearly written in lifts cabin then this type of cheating should not be there. Holidayinn a brand name and I stayed in same group hotels in many cities but never face such situations. Though difference in very less but must follow business and service ethics.

The staff, the cleanliness and the service. The kitchen however is average in most things ordered. Excellent location with a large jogging park right opposite, but it’s not in the heart of the action if that’s what is desirable. Requires a cab ride into the more busy areas. For us, it was perfect.

Expected better food from a hotel of this class.

The stay was comfortable and staff was pleasant. The staff rectified most problems we had which was minor. Some rooms may not be occupied for long and can be dusty so we had to call the staff to do extra cleaning up and replace towels

Most of the things were excellent

The bathroom wash basin tap was loose at the hinge. I could not control the temperature in the room. The window was not sound proof and a marriage ceremony outside kept me awake for some time.

We didn't have breakfast but at the time dinner atmosphere is pleasant on the other side food is exceptionally good

We like almost everything but t.v in the room was small as compared to other hotels

Breakfast spread was excellent. Staff was very courteous. JaiKishan was very gentle and he was quick to respond. Even the chef made very good finger licking vegetarian meals especially without garlic.

The key had issues every now and then. The door could not be opened on three occasions and help was sought from the front desk. Even net connectivity was a pain in the neck. Despite the user name and password been applied correctly, I could not get the net connectivity on my I pad.
