The room felt a tad sparse, but the bathroom was a pleasant surprise, boasting modern amenities and a touch of luxury.

The location was central just a few minutes from Termini Station, which is perfect to visit around. Staff was professional and welcoming. Fast checking in and out. Breakfast was good with a lot of choice of food. No noises from the bedroom. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was fully functional. The bar looked amazing.

The bedroom was big enough, but the walls need to be decorated again. Full of scratches and dirty. Old stylish furniture, but what is the need of it? Safe available but not sealed in the wall, easy to take it away with you if you need it at home (🤣). The orange juice tastes like concentrated squash, too sweet.

Great location. Hotel was clean, breakfast was good, staff was extremely helpful. I really appreciated the possibility of early check in.

Since it’s located in the older building the windows were non-airtight and it was a little cold in the room. Moreover, at the day of my checkout (before I’ve checked out from the room) cleaning staff was already trying to get inside the room - twice!

Fantastic location so close to the train station and plenty of restaurant options. Walked to the Colosseum. The staff are amazing, and have great communication. The rooftop bar has the best pina colada I've ever had!

The bathroom in our room had an awful smell that seemed to come from the shower, which made me vomit several times. The shower head was broken and the water was barely warm. The central aircon system meant that we were unable to adjust the room as we needed (without asking staff) and it was incredibly hot all night! The Hotel has a day spa which is set up beautifully, however the massage I received was a waste of my 100€. The massage bed was as hard as a rock and did more damage than it fixed. And the massage itself was uncomfortable, I felt very exposed and did not relax me at all!

Great location, close to the train station and Hop On Hop Off bus stop. Plenty of places to eat out within walking distance. A few mini markets nearby so you can top up the mini fridge or buy water for the kettle which were both in room 525. The room is large and spacious, clean with high ceilings and a 1930's feel. The bed was two singles pushed together, so plenty of room. In the ensuite bathroom, clean towels were provided daily and the walk in shower was powerful and spacious. Breakfast was good - lots of hot and cold options, although hot drinks were from a machine, I would have preferred fresh coffee. The big bonus was the roof terrace bar where you can enjoy a lovely cold drink in the sunshine after walking miles around this beautiful city, This was a three night stay at the end of April 2025, the weather was glorious, just one small shower.

We had our first evening in the hotel restaurant. The food was good, but being in the basement there was nothing to see and lacked an ambience/atmosphere.

The location was perfect. It is next to Termini but still on the "safe" side. It was also great that the bus stop before termini was next to the hotel. So in the evening/night I didn't have to get off at termini. Most of the attractions as the Spanish Steps, The Trevi Fountain, Colosseum etc was easy to visit by walking. It took not more than 20 minutes. The hotel was very clean and they changed every day the towels and cleaned the room. Very kind receptionists and they also helped me with finding the right bus/road!!!!

The breakfast is to expensive and not worth for that price.

The location is almost right across the Termini station and it is very convenient to use trains to/from airport and other cities or metro for the city trip. Kind staffs, and everything expected for a proper hotel was well equipped. The first allocated room was facing inside which I requested for change - the next room with windows facing the street was much better and bigger space.

Around Termini station is considered dangerous for travelers - but the street of the hotel is much safer than other area around, side by side with other hotels and restaurants. The first room was a bit small in some parts - bathroom, shower booth and wash basin was small.

Location is everything to me. Its so close to the big train station in the center of Rome. Beds are soft, windows opened out nicely. Staff was fast and helpful, they spoke English and was very nice to me and my wife. The area near the train was a little seedy but outside the hotel felt very safe and clean.

There was no soap in my shower. The bidet smelled really bad, I think the U-trap was exposed or something the only way to cover the smell was to flood the bidet. This was my second stay here and I ended up getting a smaller room somehow. Price also didn't feel worth it this time. I can't rate it as highly as I did last year.

Great location. Very close to train station. Very friendly and professional staff. The hotel porters were exceptional and very helpful.

Elevators., They still have the old ‘original’ elevator supplemented by a new one opposite but opening and closing of doors somewhat confusing.

I booked the room only for one night In Rome but would be worth to stay longer. They gave me a nicely renovated room with minibar, kettle tea , coffee, everything was very clean. Walking distance to the railway station and sites in Rome check in/ out was fast , staff very friendly. Breakfast options were very good , for me less sweets would be better but as many guests from Italy, France etc like cakes and croissants in the morning it’s offered accordingly. I loved the old elevator.

The cupboard was very small if you want to use hangers space is limited Wondering how two persons would stay in the small room.
