The room was spacious, comfortable and very clean. The bathroom had a bath and shower with toiletries and towels. We had booked a twin room but when we arrived, we had been given a double. We spoke to the reception staff and they quickly and efficiently sorted it out for us. The breakfast was really nice. It was served buffet style with a hot breakfast of bacon, eggs and sausage and cold breakfast of cereals, fruit, pastries, yoghurt and cake. A variety of hot and cold drinks were on offer.

The only downside to this hotel was it's location. Whilst it obviously depends on where you want to visit, our trip was to visit the centre of Rome. The metro station is about a 25 minute walk from the hotel. Whilst this station offers plenty of connections to all parts of the city, the walk to the hotel is a bit much in 32 degree heat, uphill, after a full day's sightseeing. I'm sure it would be fine on a cooler day! Some days we got the bus from the metro station to the hotel, when it was very hot.

The staff were very helpful especially Gena, she did her best and beyond to make our stay just perfect . Room was spacious, clean and all facilities ( power outlets , kettle, instant coffe, tea, etc..) The location from Rome termini is about 40 min There are two bus stations one infront of the hotel and the other one on the side street . Near by the hotel ( just cross the street ) Markets and mall ( euro2 mall ) very nice Of course far from the center 40 min , yet very nice area . The breakfast was American breakfast with very nice coffe .

The lady at the bar was extremely helpful, warm and professional. And the cleaners were kind and helpful. The size of the room was very good and plenty of towels.

The reception staff were professional but never a smile, a warm welcome, an offer to help with the luggage - there is a stair to go to the room in marble and was raining the day I arrived, reception looked at me struggling with the luggage and ignored me. I found average the quality of the bathroom products in the room. Good selection of teas but no milk/cream in the room.

Breakfast on Saturday morning was a disaster. Staff was lost in the situation, running left right and center to try to manage the situation...no plate..all tables full of things left from other clients...and someone (reception?) keeping calling on an extremely laud phone which I had to interrupt. The poor staff was trying to cope with the situation...but it was unsupportable. The breakfast itself was good but the experience was awfull.

The hotel was really nice, I had an issue with the room I originally received and they changed it immediately. I recommend getting the deluxe room as it is far better. The breakfast was okay, but I prefered the dinner I got there one evening. Wifi was excellent. The location is elegant and quiet, very good for people having meetings in the EUR district, not necessarely the best for turist-only purposes. Overall I really enjoyed the stay, the room and the view from the large terase.

This hotel is clean and confortable, it has a bus stop right across the park in front of the hotel.

The location is far from city center and it takes a bus and a metro to get to downtown, about 45 minutes. There is only one restaurant about 10 min walk from the hotel and no shops or supermarkets near by. The restaurant in the hotel is very basic with just a few simple options and expensive.

Clean, good breakfast, staff were responsive to our needs. The room was clean and spacious. Beautiful lobby and wide hallways. Overall we were satisfied with our stay. We used it as a rest between tour stops.

A little too far from Rome’s main core. EUR has some charm but outside of EUROMA mall there isn’t much to do in the vicinity. Nice balcony, patio but it needed to be swept and cared for.

We stayed for less than a day as we had more than a few hours between check out from another hotel and our flight time. The receptionist was extremely accommodating and gave us a room in the morning itself even though normal check in time is at 3 pm!

It’s beautiful, clean and staff are Very good!

We loved the fact that this hotel, although a bit far from the city centre, is really close to the bus stop, just 1 minute walk away. After catching the bus, you ride to the metro stop 'EUR Fermi' and you can get to any of the popular sites using the metro. Alternatively, the hotel has a large parking area if you prefer renting a car. Something else we really loved was that the hotel had gluten free options for beeakfast. You just have to ask them for the gluten free options and they bring out a selection of packed foods for you to choose from (you can even keep everything if you like). They have GF bread, cornflakes, muesli, wafer, sponge, tart and fette biscottate. We just wish we had known beforehand about this option because it isn't mentioned on their website.

The only downside is that the air conditioning smelled like feet when switched on, but everything else was so perfect that this didn't bother us.
