Very close to Haneda airport, 2 stations and direct access from train. A convenience store directly in front of the hotel. Got lucky and got the room on the first floor. Bunks beds were comfortable, Luckily we were only 3 people or the 4th one would’ve slept on sofa. Decent for short stay. They use I-pad for check ins, Easy if you read and pre-check in through website.

The password was very long for the room. Like 10-12 numbers which you had to put every-time you go in and out (Unless someone is inside who can open it for you of course). The bathroom and Toilets were very small so expect to hit your elbows and shoulders here and there. Not for Long Stays if there are a lot of people.

We stayed here so we could catch early morning flight from Haneda airport. Location was a short 10 minute walk from the Anamori-Inari train station, there was restaurants near the station and family mart / seven 11 and supermarket 2 minutes from hotel. Very basic but clean. Quite tight but sufficient for just an overnight stay. Bus to Haneda terminals (at Y300) was 50m from the hotel entrance which was very convenient.

Basic / no facilities but sufficient for overnight stay. Check in is via scanning bar code so strictly at 3pm. There is no staff but can call via ipad on receiption desk if you have any issues. There is no flexibility in checking in early.

Location once you were able to get there was great. I had to take a train and then walk for 15 minutes with my luggage, but it was worth it for the morning after when I left for my flight home. There is a convenience store right across open 24/7 that served all my needs. They accepted my very late check-in around midnight, and the service was great for a remote set up.

There are two stations next to the hotel that are on either side. It's around a 10 minute walk regardless, it would be great if it were closer to one of these stations.

I loved it so much, easy to get in with flexible check-in times, a 24 hour FaceTime staff to help me and allow me to purchase toothbrushes. Very easy to reach the convenient store, just across from the street and cheap enough rides with taxi from the airport. Relatively easy to find on the map and for the driver to take us. The room was super clean no weird smells in washrooms, big automatic toilet. The room was spacious enough for two people, a double decker bed was super comfy, super soft. Amazing projector to watch movies.

I’m just being picky but we found some stains on the table.

Initially I was a little nervous since this was a self check-in hotel, however, I was sent information via email when I booked and updated information just before my stay. Instructions were very clear and easy to follow. The video call to verify my identity once I arrived was easy to do with the tablet at the counter and I was issued my room number and entry code for entry to our room. Knowing Japan does not issue keys or key cards but uses pin-codes for door entry was a cultural adjustment but it became very easy once I knew what to expect.

A great option for those who arrive at night in Haneda or for those who fly out early in the morning. Walking distance from the international terminal 30 minutes along the river. The room has all the amenities. For a family of two adults and a 14-year-old son, the family room was ideal. For a family of 4, it is also a great option because there is a sofa in addition to the two-level bed.

A bit pricey. Most expensive hotel ever in Japan except for the ryokan in Ito

Good and cheap place near the Haneda Airport. The transport there with a train is easy. Rooms are clean. The check-in is without any person but easy. Equipment of the room is very simple, but for a short stay sufficient. A supermarket is located just opposite the hotel.

The hotel is suitable for a short stay. Do not expect big comfort for a longer stay.

Location to the airport. Compact but quite comfortable. Clean and modern. Single + twin bunkbed & sofabed were nice to sleep on, with great pillows!

The self check-in was problematic and confusing. Luckily another guest saw us struggling and gave us advice. The staff member on the line (once we got in touch) was great.

The room was small but clean, and everything was efficient and free from issues. The location was great, the area is nice in itself with great restaurants around, but crucially it's really quick to get to haneda airport

The sink in the bathroom was too small to use, but there is another sink in the room's compact kitchen

Clean and a good position. Bus to the airport just outside but surprisingly, plenty of Taxis going by outside at 4.45am. Brutalist design but it had character and was clean. A very big sTV screen.

Little room in bathroom so it needed a couple of shelves.
