The hostel was super clean, well equipped (except for forks and spoons), and the private family rooms were very spacious. They offered almost everything that regular hotels in Japan do but for a lower price. We liked the access to kitchen so we could warm dinner and add on to our breakfast.

Check out is early (10am) and they seem pretty strict with that. The elevator gets crowded around that time as many people are leaving. Our reservation included breakfast which was ok - 2 slices of bread, sliced turkey/ham, choice of jam/butter or chocolate cream, a small juice box, and a cup of coffee. It was simple and limited; I don't think it is worth paying extra for it.

I was worried about staying with my family in a hostel. However, the room description and customer reviews convinced me. The family room with a terrace was basically on the non-existent 8th floor of a 7-story hotel, so we had to after 7 floors by elevator, climb the stairs to the top floor. However, the bonus was the only room on the floor, spacious, with the possibility of storing a lot of luggage and as a bonus a huge, romantic terrace with seating and a hammock for the guests of this room only. Too bad the temperatures during our stay reached 35 ° C and the terrace could only be used late in the evening, when it cooled down a bit. Nevertheless, we enjoyed it.

Although the hostel is located quite close to Dotombori, the subway stops are 500 meters or more away, which can be more challenging in hot weather with luggage. The breakfast is very simple, the same every day, so don't expect a gourmet experience, but you won't leave the hostel hungry.

Super friendly and helpful staff! Simple breakfast available onsite with bread, coffee, or juice (I think this is pretty typical in Japan). Full, shared kitchen and laundry available for use onsite. Room was very clean (small but again, typical for Japan). Right next to a convenience store :D

Felt like location was a little far away from a lot of sites/popular areas. This was my first time to Osaka so it could be typical for the city but the closest metro stations were a 10+ minute walk and required at least 1 transfer to get pretty much anywhere.

The beds in our twin economy room were by far the biggest we had during our whole trip! We really enjoyed the space after all the cramped hotel rooms. There wasn't much space apart from the beds but that's what we were expecting – everything was true to the pictures. We ended up not using the kitchen facilities so I can't comment on that, but had no problems doing laundry. The staff were also really lovely and helpful!

The location wasn't the most convenient, it seemed to mostly be a residential/business area and all the metro stations were a short walk away. On the other hand, there were stops for multiple lines walkable distance away, so getting around was still easy enough.

This was my favorite hostel during my 4 weeks in Japan. Perfect for a solo traveler, with helpful friendly staff. Good location in Osaka. I booked a double room with private bathroom, and it felt like a step up from other hostels where I've booked single rooms. Overall I liked the arrangements and enjoyed my stay there.

Only minor things, like sometimes there could be very long wait for the elevator. Not suprising considering many guests that stays there. A little bit of a walk to the closest metro stops, but not that big of a deal.

Have three subway stations nearby(three different lines), within walking distance, so you can easily go anywhere by subway. The room size is good enough for one person, equipped with a hairdryer, and towel(at least for this type of room), and a TV to watch which is pretty good. The AC is not the central type, so you can adjust the room temperature by yourself. They have a kitchen for guests to use.

Their luggage storage is an open area near the front door, you can drop/pick up the luggage without providing any tags, and all you can hope is the guests won't pick the wrong one

Modern building, nice room, comfortable bed. Air conditioning works great. Shower is good, and fresh sheets and towels are available every few days. Shared kitchen has everything you need. Family Mart and Lawson are just around the corner, while 7-Eleven is a 4 min walk and Life supermarket is a 9 min walk.

Location is decent, but it requires transferring subway lines to reach Namba or Umeda. The area doesn’t have many restaurants. Additionally, there’s only one refrigerator for the entire building, limiting the amount of groceries you can store for cooking.

The location was very cute! The common rooms were very nice, there were public kitchen amenities, as well as board games and books. The room itself was very charming and the bed was great. At the reception, there was an inspiration book available for recommended places to eat as well as things to do. Walking to areas like Dotonbori and Osaka Palace was certainly doable. Metro stops were somewhere between 5 and 10 minutes away. The Family Mart on the corner of the street is nice.

We had some issues drying our clothes. There are two washing machines and two drying machines. The drying machine takes twice as long as the washing machine. So if you wash your clothes in the late afternoon, there can be quite the line for the dryer. At around 11 PM we gave up and just spread out all our wet clothes through the bathroom, hoping they'd air dry.

The property was amazing, have a very comfortable common area and an excellent location in Osaka near the main turistic attractions, everything was very clean and spacious, the beds had their own privacy with light and a charge point even a safe box. As an experiment travel with more of 30 countries travelled I will %100 reccomend this hostal as the first option to backpackers coming to Osaka everything was really on point and makes me feel like in home. I need to mention an special staff member called Harukal, she always have the best disposition and help me a lot during my stay, help me translating a lot between Japanese and English and help me solving a couple of situations, she really was worried about my stay. In Japan by myself, without speaking Japanese don’t know what I woulded do without her! Thank u :))

Nothing all good

Nice common area, comfy beds, free coffee, tea and drinking water. Some people may find the room small but it is pretty much the standard for a Japanese hostel. Temperature in the room was perfect. The position is not in what is considered the core of the city but I found it very convenient to walk around and you have several options for public transports. I want to say special thanks to a staff member, she went beyond her duties to fix an issue unrelated to the facility, you were great!
