Room contained an air conditioner and private fridge. Right next to Dobutsuen-Mae station and close to Shin-Imamiya so travel is very convenient. Family Mart and a supermarket very close by. Food/Shopping streets very close by

Internet is very slow (approx. 20 MB/s at best) and cut out frequently, especially when more people are using it. Walls are quite thin and people can be heard talking, though this didn't happen often. Window did not block outside sounds very well. Provided pillow is very hard and takes some getting used to. No mirrors in shower rooms.

will stay again, luagage storage is safe and safe guard by staff. have big refrigerator at common area so no need to store food at room.

only 1 cooking stove, no spoons only forts. 2.this hotel never practice seperate the paper, plastic and flammable items. it is not good to earth for a 9 storey hotels and 30 room at each floor. it created a lot of rubbish to the earth. staff were not informative, they say don't know whatever you ask even about public transport

Remembering this is an older business hotel with shared facilities, room was better than I expected, showers were great and location was in front of subway. There was also a common lounge and kitchen.

A little bit of an old and smokey smell and a bit of noise from people opening and closing their room doors but for the price it was great value and I plan to stay here again this trip.

Good location. There’s even a fridge in the room! Another highlight is that they have a public bathroom with a big tub on the first floor. Cute illustrations everywhere. A lot of hot water supplies on the first floor.

Toilet and room can be cleaner. I found out a long hair which is obvious on my bed on the first night. A bit dusty everywhere because the hotel is old though it is understandable… No hot water for washing hands and face.

Well located just outside Doubutsuen mae underground and Shin Imamiya JR. The hotel is quite run down but represents great value for money. For the area the rooms are a reasonable size. Ours had a toilet. There's an onsen downstairs but very short hours for women 10pm-12. Towels and linen provided. The staff were very helpful and spoke some English. There were helpful pamphlets about Kansai sights. You can leave your bags there if you are flying out later. There's a kitchen downstairs and a few eating areas nearby but if you want something a bit nicer, Tennoji is close. The area around the hotel is dilapidated and being demolished. It looks like a poorer area, so harder to find a breakfast set. It's an interesting area though just past the DonQ store. The rooms are relatively clean but the common areas quite dirty. However if you're on a budget it's an unbelievable bargain (at the current Aus$ exchange rate). Surprisingly quiet for the centre of Osaka.

Longer hours for the public bath would have been good. A little cleaner in the common areas if possible.

Good location and great price! They even have a onsen on the first floor open for two hours every night, but I would recommend going to spaworld down the road for that! Full kitchen and expect it to be busy every night.

The facilities were a bit dirty, walls toilets, etc. for the price, you pay for what you get!

It's well located, Subway and train stations are just meters from the hostel. Rooms and showers are OK. The crew is nice and helpful.

All the common areas look neglected and dirty,like there has never been cleaning personnel and nobody cares about making the place more comfortable, which makes it look like a seedy backpacker hostel in Thailand rather than a Budget Hotel in Osaka.

The staff are really helpful, the location is superb! If you want to explore Osaka Downtown at night and just stroll around Osaka's shinsekai and dotonbori, this place is recommended as the above places can be reached by foot from this hotel. They are also only one minute away from the nearest station.
