Loved our stay here! It combined the well planned facilities of a large hotel chain alongside the stylish quirkiness of a boutique hotel. Location: Right at the centre of Osaka. 5-10 mins walk to Namba, Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi. Tons of restaurants around. 5 mins to Kuromon Market. Hotel vibe: It has a great boutique feel to it and we really enjoyed the decor and designs. The rooms are very thoughtfully designed. Room: The room size is bigger than most urban hotels in Japan. And the stylish layout and furnishings made it a very enjoyable stay for the week we were there for. The rooms are very modern and clean. Hotel restaurant: The restaurant is very stylish and had special offers on for holidays. Staff: Staff were very friendly and also spoke English very well.

The only downside during our stay was the challenge of laundry. The hotel does provide 2 laundry machines but they are super popular with guests and you may need to wait hours for your turn. However there are at least 2-3 modern, cheap and convenient laundromat in a 2-5 min walk distance from the hotel (search them up on Google Maps).

New facilities and room, very nice.

Staff still a bit inexperienced with checking and other interactions. Washer/dryer only accepted QR code payment and doesn’t accept coins; neither me or another visitor from Asia couldn’t get it to work so we gave up and left with unwashed clothes.

Property charge my for my stay on check out date. Next morning I received several messages from my other bank and credit card, which was used as deposit and hotel charge me 2 times again. In total I was charged 3 times for my stay, it was over 6000 € on my cards. I spent a lot of money for phone call charges and bank charged my of course for currency exchange. After several phone calls they admitted mistake, but they didn’t want to provide who was responsible for this. I am still waiting for money to be returned. Very unprofessional :(

Great location. Though located in the Namba area, it’s not in the overly crowded part. There are many good restaurants and cafes around. Convenient public transport to many lines of subway/metro. The room is spacious, comfortable and I love the size of bathroom. I have stayed around Namba area many times and it’s not often to come across such a reasonable size and practical bathroom. It’s definitely brilliant to see that the hotel took this into consideration. The water station on each floor is also a nice touch to the stay.

The breakfast can get quite busy but to make up for it they have the pre-order breakfast before you go down to the restaurant area.

Extremely clean and the location is right around nipponbashi station so it was perfect! The staff cleans our room everyday and it was very pleasant to come back with the clean room again.

I wouldnt say i dont like it but the room is bit smaller than expected. But we kinda know before we booked it so its fine. Oh and also the room is right next to a street so cars going back and forth was a little bit noisy.

Amazing location, very close to Kuromon market (food market) and Sennichimae Doguyasuji Shopping Street (for kitchenware shopping) and easily walkable to other great places. The room was clean and comfortable with cute little touches. Great for tourists, though rooms are a bit small (which is typical of Japanese city hotels). Staff are friendly and helpful too. I appreciated the filter water station, and that you can go downstairs to get ice as well (crucial when it's 35C/95F every day)

We loved this hotel. It was probably our favourite of our trip. It was a spacious room, comfy bed (slightly hard, but that was okay). The decor is stunning and feels really funky and fresh. The location is really good and within walking distance to Dotonbori with a lot of food places around. Reception staff was really helpful and the guy working at the cafe was so sweet.

Not really anything, it was a really good stay.

The room was specious and well designed. The shower is wonderful. We had enough room to use both of our luggage comfortably. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Great location too: 5 minute walk from Nipponbashi station, and close to many great restaurants.

The only thing I wished was different is the mattress. It was too stiff for us. Pillows were great though!

The property was in a great location - walkable to trains and Dotonburi. Room was clean and the bathroom was spacious. The staff spoke English and were very accommodating and polite. Talk Shop had open Wi-Fi and there is no pressure to buy a coffee to stay.

The tax on each nightly stay was quite high.

Excellent location. Walking to many touristy sites. Very convenient to walk. New brand of hotel. Quirky design and nicely detailed.

Room size could be another 2sqm extra. But we still managed to sleep a family of 4.
