Extremely convenient from Namba Station, you just need to figure out the route/exit. Breakfast was good, Lawson and Kura right beside the hotel entrance. Great to have coin laundry machine.

1) For a two year old hotel, the rooms and facilities have been heavily utilised 2) Room was dusty & the carpet has a slight smell. 3) Entrance via L1 does not require card access and while waiting for our laundry to be done, we noticed tourists from other places were bringing bags of clothes into the coin laundry machine room to do their laundry.

The general area.

There’s no driveway, so it would have been more convenient to be dropped off directly in front, especially after a long day. Additionally, drivers often struggle to find the exact drop-off location.

Love the space! Good size for family of 4. Comfortable bedding and mattress. Love the convenient of 1 stop touch screen access for lights, aircon, and room cleaning near the bed. Their slippers is awesomely comfortable, relief the aches of sole after a day of walking. Loves the supplies of amenties.

Breakfast variety is the same everyday.. is a good 15mins walk to JR namba station but 5mins walk from nankai namba line. So it depends on traveller. Is not a minus point as is very convenient for travelling to and from kansai airport.

Location was excellent, connected to Namba Parks mall. Lawson and Labi electronics store right outside of hotel. Lots of shops and restaurants in the area. Next to Nankai Namba Station which is connected via Namba Parks and is approximately a 10-minute walk. Close to Dotonbori and Denden town. Room was excellent and a good size to accommodate two adults. Hotel staff and housekeeping was excellent. Great customer service!!

Laundry is limited, only 3 machines and the dryers don't get hot enough to dry your clothes. A coin operated laundromat is about a 10 min walk and is excellent. There are two complimentary coffee machines located in the lobby, but one of the machines was rarely working resulting in a long lines for coffee. It was easier get to go get coffee at a cafe. Very nice lobby to relax, but you're not allowed to bring outside food/drinks.

Although the room is not very big, the bed is larger than most double beds I’ve experienced in Japan. The bathroom is spacious and clean. What I really liked about the bathroom is that it has a separate section for the shower area, the bathtub, and the toilet. The hotel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station, so it's not very close. However, if you use the Namba Sky Walk on the hotel's second floor, it makes the walk much easier. Once you exit the hotel on the second floor, you'll find a skywalk path lined with shops and cafés all the way to the train station.

There aren't many choices for breakfast, but the quality of the food is good.

We stayed in the Hollywood Twin Room, the room was like a studio with a little kitchenette, separate laundry with a washer/dryer combination and we had a fairly large bathtub great for hot baths during the cold weather. The stay was very comfortable as the room size is larger than the average Japanese hotel room size. The hotel is quite new so everything was very clean and well maintained. We were very appreciative of the Starbucks drink machine downstairs at reception level - it is self serve and you can get your daily dose of coffee or hot chocolate so conveniently. We were quite lucky to have chosen this hotel during this period in January we didn’t know that it coincided with the Toka Ebisu Festival between the 9th and 11th. The streets parallel to the hotel were lined with so many food stalls and the atmosphere was great! There was a Lawson just about 50 meters away so we were never short of any snacks, food or drinks. If you like shopping then you will be in the right place, it is close to malls, shops and is also right next to Yamada Denki LABI1 Namba - one of the biggest home electronics retail store in Japan.

It was quite a long walk to the different subway lines about 750m away, but you can either stroll outside along the Namba Park shopping area or within the mall itself if it is raining. So it is not really a problem as there are a lot of shops and things to do and see on the way.

Property has great amenities including laundry machines (coin operated and detergent provided), good sized rooms with separate bathroom and shower/bath (wet room) spaces, good breakfast buffet options at great value, and excellent customer service.

While the location is in an excellent shopping area, the closest subway is the Nankai line (6 minute walk) which didn’t hit many of the places I wanted to see as a tourist (Universal Studios, World Expo, and other common districts). I will say, the Nankai line is good for going in and getting out via subway from the Kansai airport and it is closed to Dotonbori district. The more common lines were a 10 minute walk (which could be bad or good depending on your view). I personally like subways that are within 5 minutes walking distance.

We absolutely loved our stay here! The hotel is in a good location for exploring Osaka. There is a Kura Sushi right next door which was a huge bonus for us. The room was a good size and you can store your suitcase under the bed. The bathroom was wonderful, amazing toilet, powerful shower, bath was great. Handy panel on the wall to control lights, temperature and set an alarm. The free amenities at reception were great. Delighted with the free coffee and juice on entrance level too. Loved our time here and would book again when back in Osaka! Definitely recommend

The Japanese really understand how to make the most efficient use of space (and their public transportation is top notch/clean!). Loved that the super techno-toilet which was in a separate room from the bath/shower. Loved the ingenious use of space/storage and full sized hair/bath products. Love that the front desk has a full self serve station to pick up complimentary items like makeup remover, toothpaste, etc. The beds were an extra long twin size and were super comfortable. Wi-FI is free and the password is displayed at the top of the TV screen when you turn it on. I loved how close it was to Dotonbori and the train station - super accessible to many things: food, shopping, sights, transit. We were on the 3rd floor, and it was extremely quiet - I couldn't hear any street noise.

Breakfast was OK - eggs were gross/runny and there were not many gluten free options. For those that like gluten, there was a cute donut display. I was unable to figure out how to get YT TV to work via my account/mirroring on the TV, but that was likely my own user error.
