The free restaurant area was really neat as they had free drinks and ice for you to eat your food in. Downside is nowhere to refill your water bottle. There was also a scale in the reception to help weigh my luggage. The bathroom also was nice and modern for Japan. Rooms were moderately comfortable, but my skin did get itchy at some point from the sheets so be aware if you have allergy to dust mites.

The staff were not always welcoming when I walked in/out of the building and tended to ignore me. When I tried to do Yamato luggage, they told me the cut-off was already done for the day. They were not able to store it in the lobby at night and did not inform me about the Yamato luggage office across the road, so I nearly was stuck with my luggage arriving late to my next location or bringing my luggage with me on the train. Staff could be more friendly.

The hotel is located close to Dotonbori and Shinbaisashi arcade so is great for restaurants and shopping. If you plan on visiting other sights in Osaka and the surrounding area you will need to use the Osaka metro system. However, Namba station (trains to Nara and Koya-san) is within walking distance. The buffet breakfast was one of the best we have had in Japan. An excellent range of Japanese and European breakfast items on offer. The hotel allowed us to store luggage after a very early arrival while we went on to visit the city before check in and there was also a large self service luggage storage area near reception. All the staff were super helpful and friendly. Rooms were ok size wise but you would struggle with opening two large suitcases! Very comfy beds and pillows.

-Room and common spaces are clean. Housekeeping is great. -Great location! Near the subway (exit 8 has escalator access) and convenience stores. Although the hotel is situated at the northern end of Shinsaibashi-suji, we didn't mind the walk. I also loved how the neighborhood is quiet, despite being near a busy area. -They provide complimentary water/drinks

-Room was quite small, though I already expected this. It's a good thing I got the Standard Twin Room, which is a bit larger than the Standard Double Room. We were still able to fit 2 medium-sized pieces of luggage. -One of 2 USB charging ports didn't work, so best to check if your device indeed is charging.

It’s in a convenient location near two subway stations and 2min walk to Shinsaibashi. That makes it super easy to find food and bring shopping back to the hotel to rest before heading out for other activities. The common cafe area has a microwave, hot water and free tea so you can eat your own breakfast there after 10am if you don’t want to pay for breakfast. Beds are comfortable, medium hardness. Windows can partially open for some fresh air. This hotel can receive and forward luggage to your next hotel.

I found some hairs on the shower head and my pillow. Seems like cleaning staff didn’t thoroughly clean after the last guests. Rooms are small so I can understand how cleaning can be hard.

The staff were very accommodating. There were vending machines for free drinks (coffee, tea,juices) and soup. There was also a lounge where you can hang out and enjoy the complicated items. All the facilities that a traveler would need such as baggage storage area,luggage weighing scale, ice machine, laundry, water dispenser The location was very accessible to the shopping area with lots of choices for restaurants, Starbucks, shake shack, krispy kreme. Will definitely stay here again on my next visit

Great location and excellent value for what it offered. Lovely staff in the kitchen serving buffet brekkie. Please pass our thanks to the lovely lady. She helped us when we were in a rush to get out the door. Room was cleaned every day. Room is small but perfectly suitable as we were only coming back to sleep. Heaps of places to eat within 1 to 2 mins walk. Lifts were fast and the bed for Japan was comfortable. Really glad we booked this place. Buffet brekkie was good. Very Japanese so lots of hot dishes.

We ordered the in room massage. Lady was very nice but the massage was a little not to our taste. Only one person so it took 2 hours. We finished at 1am. Pillow was hard and pretty uncomfortable.

Nice hotel in a very convenient location. Metro station and covered shopping street basically right next to the hotel. The room was not very big, but it was very clean and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. The wifi was good. For the price it was very cost-effective.

There was a step between the room and the bathroom and the bathroom height was really low that I couldnt really stand straight when showering. Kinda annoying. The staff when going in and out of the hotel, didnt always seemed that friendly.

The hotel offered extras like soft drinks, soup and coffee free of charge from 10am to 10pm. The location, I initially thought was not good, but after the first day I realized was very close to train station, many shops and restaurants and 10 min walking distance to Dontonbori. Would recommend and come back to this hotel if returning to Osaka

Location is good: close to Shinsaibashi-suji and station. Amenities provided were good. Included breakfast was good. Luggage scale included in lobby was helpful. Staff were friendly and helpful with luggage forwarding.

Clock was broken. Dryer wasn't effective because its filter hasn't been cleaned in years. Walls are thin so can hear doors slamming in the hallway. Rooms were slightly cramped.

We couldn’t imagine a better location in Osaka. We were able to reach all the major sights on foot. It’s right in the heart of the city—very close to Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori—yet tucked away in a quiet, peaceful street. There’s even a 7-Eleven just a 2-minute walk away
