I would stay at this property again for the location alone. You can walk out the door and there are soo many food options all around the surrounding streets. We barely caught any transport while staying here since there’s so much to do around the area on foot. The hotel itself is quiet and the staff are very helpful. The room was very comfortable and the window was big and we could open it for fresh air. Overall, it’s not the most luxurious stay but for us it was worth the money and we found it very comfortable to come home and crash at the end of a long day.

The bathroom smelled a little musty, which we attributed to the small amount of mould above the shower, turning the fan on helped. The fridge was also really cold for some reason and froze my drinks but again, not a huge issue.

Location...not far after exit from Nankai train.. approx 7 to 8 mins walk reach e hotel. Simple direction from Google map leads you to the hotel...shopping it's all surrounded by the hotel..Kuromon ichiba markets is just 2 mins away..Dontonbori..5 mins...and if you book for some klook adventure..the meeting point is just round e corner (3 mins walk) the best location of all my japan stay.For MUSLIMS...lots of Halal restaurant nearby....STAFF 5 STAR...nice n polite...everyday they will provide new towels for you...toilets yes..is huge for a Japan hotel....and I'll be back for my family holidays this coming December

Very good location to commutw between Osaka. Its a 7 mins walk to Dotonbori. 3 mins walk to Nippombashi station. 9 mins walk to Namba station. So if you are coming from Shin - Osaka station, get down at Namba station. If you have too much luggage, then take another train from Namba station to Nippombashi station. Also us 8 mins walk to Nankai line which goes to theKIX airport. Staff is very good. There are lot of activities for kids, jackpot, etc. Rooms are very congested, this could be the same everywhere in Japan

Excellent location, within easy walking distance of Namba points of interest, Dotonbori and an overwhelming number of dining options. Easy to reach from Shin-Osaka Station via the Midosuji Line. Room was very clean and nicely furnished.

Room was a little squeezy, especially since it had two small double beds, but it was nothing out of the ordinary for Japan. Breakfast in the associated restaurant is only available by advanced booking with the room. We didn't know what we would be wanting to do for breakfast when we booked the room a few months ahead, but it turns out that the restaurant rates very well, so we were sorry not to be able to try it.

The property was clean and easy to find, the location was INCREDIBLE. We had a wonderful stay and wished we had booked more time here. The room was large and clean and comfortable. There was a TV and one of the best parts was this was one of the only places we stayed in Japan where my brothers did not have to duck under doors. (They are tall). Reception was always present and very friendly and helpful and although we didn't try the bar or restaurant they looked great and we wished we had. The bunk beds were awesome it was so nice to each have our own little space. The hotel also felt very safe and well managed. Nice touch was the outdoor smoking area rather than an indoor one which we found a lot of in Japan, they're just not for me as a person who vapes nicotine rather than smoking cigarettes, personally it makes me sick to be in a tiny cigarette infested room. Nothing to dislike! A later checkout time would be nice but 10am seems pretty common in Japan so I'm be really reaching for complaints here

Lovely hotel in the heart of Namba. We stayed one night prior to having to fly from Kansai airport the following day. The staff were really lovely and helpful and the hotel has a great vibe. The place felt like a cross between a hotel and a hostel which we really liked, and it was really close to all the bustling areas of Osaka. The room was a little small - twin beds, but not really enough space for two people and two suitcases, so it was a bit of a squeeze, but as it was only for one night it didn't really matter. If you're staying longer, perhaps go for one of their bigger rooms if you're travelling as a couple. The breakfast was great. As we were flying the next day, the staff let us leave our luggage in the hotel so we could sightsee before getting the train to the airport. All in all, a great little hotel.

Mainly used this hotel, and Osaka in general, as a base to explore surrounding areas such as Himeji Castle and Koyasan. For our nightly excursions into Osaka, this hotel was close, but not so close that we felt we were in the thick of the night life (a positive for our type of trip taking). The room had a nice vibe with the wall painting and was fairly comfortable with the two beds. The small refrigerator did freeze some of our food, even on the lowest setting, so be aware of that. Staff were excellent. A solid accommodation; would recommend.

Location - Five minute walk to Nihombashi station and Dotonbori area. While it is close to Dotonbori area, it is nestled in a quiet alley hence you wont hear the crowd or noise from nearby touristy area. Alot of food options nearby. Cleanliness - While the rooms are not cleaned on a daily basis, towels and trash bins are replaced daily just need to leave them outside. Reception Team - All are well versed in English. Very helpful when I had questions how to operate the washing machines especially when the clothes werent drying well.

Room size - While the twin room has spacious bed size (two double beds instead of two single beds), there isnt much room to move. We had two large sized luggage and to open it we had to do it one at a time and these were kept standing at all times because they could only fit at the entry way. No storage place to hang all our clothes as well, hence we only take out the clothes from our luggage when we are going to wear them. The clothes hook could only handle two winter coats at a time.

The location of the hotel is right next to a lively shopping district, so there was no shortage of restaurants and shops to visit. It is also within a 3-5 minute walk of a major train station which made going around the city easier. We could also walk to Dohtonbori (10~15 min) and the local denkigai (electric town) (8~10 min). The staff are super helpful and accommodating, and there were no issues communicating with them when we had to change rooms. The room itself was comfortable and each bed had a bedside lamp with a USB charging port and a power outlet. The bathroom had a shower/bath with lovely hot water.

The twin rooms (both the standard twin and the tatami floor twin) are small so for guests who are over 6ft, it might be a bit of a squeeze with large luggage. The hotel itself is located in a small alleyway and we had a bit of trouble locating it at first.

Great for families. We stayed in the 6 person room that had cubicle style bunk beds. Each had its own light and shelving. The kids loved it. It had a small private bathroom but down the hall were toilets and showers for the 6 person rooms. All super clean. Very quiet for sleeping. The location is in a prime spot near the Namba train station and walking distance to Kuromon market and Dotonburi. It took 24 minutes to get to Osaka Castle and 20 to get to Umeda Tower. You can have breakfast at numerous places nearby if you don’t want to do the hotel one. Honestly we couldn’t have gotten a more perfect location.
