Great family room on the 19th floor, plenty of space for 2 adults and 2 children , free amenities were a nice touch. Kids slept on futons on the floor which was a bit of fun. They delivered 4 bottles of water every morning with room clean which was great. The hotel staff booked a taxi for us for an early start to USJ 5 mins walk to Honmachi station so very accessible to main attractions

The hotel is in a district that is very commercial , so whilst it was close to station and Dontonburi it lacked a bit of charm. We were charged an extra tax despite our booking.com fare stating it was inclusive of tax. Some of the staff didn’t speak English so it made some of the communication quite difficult

The staff at this place are lovely, really professional and welcoming. Helpful throughout the stay. Really they make this place fantastic to stay at. The room itself is a good size, bathroom is decent. Perhaps a little basic but still good. The elevator is a little slow (just 2 for 19 different floors) so sometimes you end up waiting a while. Really liked the card system for changing the rooms. Do wish though that I knew sooner how to have the bedding changed.

How the bedding gets changed, didn't realise until the last day but that is my fault.

The staff was great. Everyone can speak English well and they were amazing with their service. Polite, always listening to what we need and very fast. The location is also pretty good. Very close to the Honmachi station, which is very convenient for changing lines. The breakfast is very impressive: I thought it was going to be very repetitive everyday, but they had different types of bread and eggs, which was great.

I wish they had the towels for my kids as well in the room, but that was sorted quickly. The beds are quite stiff and very very very hot for me. But I guess some people prefer this way.

Location situated near the stations and nearby food places available around with pharmacies and convenience stores too! Amenities provided in the lobby which were great! There were free drinks from a certain time which were nice too.

Not enough washing machines. The machines weren’t effective in the drying process so had to wait very long to dry and wash. There were unfriendly guests who hogged most of the machines and made remarks about my washing time. Definitely wasn’t a pleasant encounter. Would recommend washing clothes in the morning to avoid other guests timing.

I loved the staff. They went above and beyond to help us navigate and take care of us. For example, on the day we checked out we had an hour wait before we could take the train to Tokyo and we wanted to go eat. We asked if they could watch our luggage for a while while we ate. Again, this was AFTER we checked out, they did it and were so kind about it.

The view from our room was just another buildings wall. The room was a bit cramped for 3 people and suitcases.

So many things i loved. The full length window that could open, the sliding paper door for the window, parkay flooring, sparkling clean room, the air purifier. I love that there was a nook right by the door where i could put my shoes,coat so they don't go into the room. And the fabric freshener was available too. There are 2 floors with ice machines and vending machine and washing machines too. Location is great, just a few stops from every place u wanna go in osaka. Staff were very nice and helped place our 2 rooms near each other. They also helped move our luggage which arrived before us to our rooms well before we reached.

The location of the hotel was great. It was a three minute walk to the nearest station. The nearest station has a 7/11 underground which was perfect. The nearest station could take you to Dontobouri street in 10 minutes which was fantastic. We got to Osaka early and dropped off our luggage and returned at our normal check in time. The hotels were very spacious and clean. Amenities were outside the elevator so you could choose what you needed. In the morning they have a buffet on the main floor. It’s roughly 2,200 yen per person. I believe if you pay in advance it’s cheaper. The buffet was amazingly good. Lots of options and a great way to start the day! Plenty of seating even for our big group. Love Osaka and the accommodation! This was honestly a hidden gem for my group. Considering our last minute reservation. Literally the day of, we were able to get rooms for our group at a very affordable price. Don’t miss out!!

Good buffet breakfast with a wide selection of cold and hot food/drinks. Location was close to Hommachi subway station so moving around the city was nice and simple. Self-service laundry machines and vending machines were great. The room was very quiet at night, which was a great surprise in the middle of a metropolis like Osaka.

The room was not very spacious, but I don't think many rooms in Osaka or Japan are, especially for three guests.

Staff are helpful and friendly. Located close to Hommachi station, the hotel is in a peaceful business area. Starbucks and other Cafés/ restaurants are spread out around the area within walking distance. My only dislike is the size of the room. It is very difficult to set out luggage from two people and walk around the room. Very limited space, but I guess that's to be expected.

Conveniently located on a calm street. Very close to Metro station, Family Mart and Starbucks. Have to praise the staff. We suffured from jet lag after a 14 hour flight so we didn't even wake up when our alarm clock went off. The staff called to our room 11:03 AM (check out is 11:00) and woke us up. A bit embarrassing for us but they handled the situation in a nice way and did not charge us any extra which we are very grateful for.
