I thought the location was fantastic. It’s so close to Namba Station. From Namba there is a direct train to Nara, direct train to Shin Osaka and one easy change to get to the World Expo. It’s within walking distance to Dotombori. There is a Family Mart Convenience store literally on level 1 as you get out of the lift. The breakfast on the level 1 restaurant was also quite decent. The rooms are somewhat small, but you expect that in Osaka. But saying that the bed was very comfortable, had 4 pillows provided, with a range from soft to hard. Water pressure in shower good. Very clean. Washing/Drying facilities on level 2, near reception were good. ¥500 for wash and dry. I had the hotel organise a massage for me where the masseuse comes to your room. It was one of the best massages I’ve had in my life. Leaving the best for last, the staff. Always friendly, always trying to help, whether organise a massage for you, help with directions, help with anything you needed in your room, help with recommendations for restaurants, nothing was a problem for them. Although all staff were great, wanted to give a special shout out to Ms Thanh and Ms Yoshioka…just exceptional friendly service by those two young ladies. Will definitely come back to this hotel if I am ever back in Osaka.

I have nothing bad to say. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay.

The location was excellent, just a stone throw away from the Namba station and the famous shopping street Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori. Food choices are plentiful and there is a Family Mart just downstairs. The room is clean and modern and has all the required amenities needed for a comfortable stay. I appreciated the in-house breakfast provided in the 1st floor restaurant - although the food offerings are somewhat limited, it is sufficient to start off your day.

It would be nice if the room was more spacious as it was cramped even for a solo traveller. The hotel has a laundry room with 3 machines that are always occupied even in the wee hours of the morning. Therefore, it is really a challenge to do laundry and there are no other coin laundry services nearby. The hotel should consider increasing the number of machines given the high demand.

That our bags were held for us before check -in and between stays. Buffet breakfast was fine

Small room

The location of the property is excellent as it is right outside an entrance to Namba Station, which makes getting to the hotel or going to Kansai International Airport quite easy. There is also a FamilyMart konbini right beside the property which is very useful for buying things late at night when most places may have been closed already. I appreciated the staff showing me how to perform the self check-in, which made the whole process very convenient. Additionally, they were also able to receive my forwarded luggage from my previous hotel in Tokyo, which is much appreciated. The multiple USB sockets in the hotel room are also welcome as well.

I did already expect small rooms by Japanese room standards, but I did not anticipate that the room was still a little smaller than expected, such that I did had some difficulty trying to open up my luggage at first. The bigger bed is actually welcome, but the trade off is that I had less space to put my things or luggage on the floor. There are also laundry machines available on the hotel lobby floor. Unfortunately, I was not able to use it during my stay as it always seemed to be busy or under use whenever I went to the machines.

There’s a sound that is like coming from aircon or air ventilation machine.

The location of the Hotel is excellent: Just in front of exit 5 of Namba Station. A few minutes away from Ebisubashi and Dottonbori. Everything is very closeby. Namba Station has a direct line to the KIX Airport (Nankai Line). In front of the Hotel is FamilyMart, which is very handy. The reception is friendly and helpful. You can store your luggage or get them to help you sending your luggage to other hotels. I stayed at the Hotel 3x times in the past 2 months: always a great experience. On my last stay I got a free upgrade to a Deluxe room. The standard room is kinda small (like every other Nihon Hotel) and you can barely open a luggage. However, the Deluxe room has plenty of space. All my rooms had a window which you could open for some fresh air.

The reception will help you with the luggage delivery. However, you still have to move the luggage to the FamilyMart yourself. Instead of FamilyMart, just go to Yamato Transport directly, it is just 3min away from the Hotel.

Location was outstanding, just in front of Namba station. I stayed in Sotetsu Fresa Inn Tokyo-Akasaka first, this is my second time staying at the same brand. Great thing way, you were to open the window. During the hot and humid weather, it was a godsend to open the window during the night. The price was fair. I would definitely stay again.

Compared to the branch in Akasake, the room was kinda smaller or rather the layout made it impossible to have even one luggage open. The branch in Akasaka was helpful in organizing my luggage delivery. However, the Namba branch didnt want to help me and just referred me to FamilyMart. Otherwise, great stay and great location.

I stayed here for 5 days in mid July 2025 for a concert at Kyocera Stadium. Location was excellent, just across Namba train/shopping, walking distance to Dotonbori and all the other markets around. Amenities, toiletries available were excellent, staff were all courteous and very helpful. Chen from the night shift was super helpful during my stay, he assisted and answered all my questions including helpful safety tips when in Tokyo. Thank you so much Chen! you're superb!

Breakfast could be a little bit better and have more variety, but staff were excellent too.

Location was lovely, just outside of an Exit of NAMBA Station. Walking distance to Dotonbori and other key areas in Osaka, Services were very good, laundry, amenities, and the room was tidy and clean.

Troubles communicating with the staff (I guess) and management of "special" (?) requests. In 99% of hotel rooms where I have been, a room for 2 is equipped with 4 pillows. This one had two pillows only, I asked for two more as they were very thin and I was told I could not have more than one additional pillow -.-' I tried twice and got the same answer, I'm not sure if this is a policy (which is weird because in the same chain in Kyoto was not like that). Overall it's a small thing, but asking for a Pillow in an hotel seems pretty standard to me...

The location was fabulous and the fact that there is a family mart downstairs was simply amazing!!!! You can also get the bus ticket to airport from the family mart! The bus stop is right in front of the hotel! Otherwise, room is great! Location is fantastic and service is excellent!

there are only 3 coin Landry machines and we had to queue for a long time.
