I like all the staff here every morning bowing greet everyone very courteous polite and helpful. The hotel just 3 minutes cross over opposite corner to the Exit name 'Cristal staircase' at main road beside that's another elevator to B1 can walk to the subway train station very convince for those travel with luggage. Walk all the way back from hotel to about 15, 20 minutes straight can reach to 'Dotonbori' I will come back again. The Only things to get improved is the hotel breakfast should catered more variety.have more choices. Breakfast is very important for the start of the day. Specially very.....very....hard to get the ' Whole fried Eggs' even I couldn't request and asked for it very disappointed but Not the messy scramble eggs nobody likes*. Just like food for cats and dogs. Because I stayed for 6 days 5 nights 'EVERY DAY THE SAME MENU' Don't feel like eating and No appetite at all. The next time I will book 'without Breakfast' is 'NOT WORTH' it.

Very clean comfy hotel right in the heart of restaurants and shopping. There were a whole lot of amenities provided at the reception so you are really not short of anything. The water is filtered so the tap water is drinkable. The staff at reception were very friendly and ready to help with anything. Excellent customer service and special mention to Mr Jeyong at reception who was exceptional in his customer service and he really went above and beyond and helped us during our checkout.

The room ( Double bed )is pretty small for a couple especially if you have 2 big bags. There wasn't really any space to move around as we had to keep the bags in front of the bathroom door and the exit door. Maybe this room should be labelled as for single travellers. But this is expected of hotels in Japan regarding small rooms but it didnt deter us from not enjoying our stay.

The hotel staff were welcoming, happy to assist with booking in I had my luggage forwarded on from my previous accommodation, staff got it for me as I was booking in. The hotel is clean, and so is the room. It has everything you need, a comfortable bed, a good shower with shampoo, conditioner, body wash. The location was absolutely perfect, close to everything, Shinsaibashi-suji shopping, Dotonbori, cute little Hozen-ji Temple, and restaurants all in walking distance. Yet not right in the middle of the hustle and bustle for a peaceful sleep. Multiple train stations nearby to get to Nara or other locations you may wish to visit. I had breakfast there one morning and there is plenty to choose from, staff are very accommodating. I found a great coffee shop across the main road, Coffee Kan. Geat customer service, good coffee and breakfast. There is another shopping mall same side of the street of coffee cafe, couple of blocks up, entrance off main road, check it out. Would definitely stay there again at this hotel.

I really like this hotel chain. The beds are quite comfortable and I was able to use two extra pillows which was fantastic as I need to sleep propped up. The room was compact but well designed. Love that this place includes bath salts as an amenity as it is needed by sore tourist legs at the end of each day. The staff are also super helpful, able to call taxis for me when I needed to get to Shin Osaka station and didn’t want to take a train. Great location too - was able to walk to Dotonbori and surrounding areas.

The best thing is the location near Shinsaibashi For metro subway, walkout and head for South 5 staircase(南5階段) just only 1 min! That's crazy convenient. This convenience really helps to reduce great amout of time of traveling by walking 2F has ice making machine, it's clean and handy to use, great to see that we don't need to go to convenient store just to buy drinks or ice cream :)

Equipments in toilet in double room are just OK to be honest, but its cozy and bed is confort to sleep on regard the great location :)

Left a note during booking that I will be in Japan for honeymoon trip and the staff is so thoughtful by leaving a cute deco and heartfelt message on the bed. Love the team going extra mile here! Also, I utilise the luggage transport service provided to deliver my luggage from Osaka to Tokyo. The arrangement can be done within the hotel itself so it is very convenient for us. We just need to place our luggage at the front desk one day before and make the necessary payment for the service and the rest is taken care off! Very convenient indeed and my travel is hassle free without the luggage! Love the team who supported and assisted in this. Definitely will book this hotel again/chain of hotel the next time!

Only provide 2 pillows for 2 person as opposed to 4 pillows. Need to collect pillows from reception counter instead.

Excellent Location: -Close to Dotonbori. -Walking distance to a shopping area and numerous restaurants. -Very close ("few steps") to the nearest train station. Helpful and Friendly Staff: -Proactively assisted by receiving and safely keeping a parcel. High-Quality Housekeeping: -The room was tidied up wonderfully. Overall, it seems you had a very positive experience with the hotel's convenient location, attentive staff, and cleanliness.

Short walk to Dotonbori where the shops and food is. Has an excellent range of travel essentials you may have forgotten to pack (toothbrushes, hairbrush, soap, hair gel etc) at the reception. The reception also has a manga bookshelf with lounges. Has washing machine facilities for a fee. Has a place to put shoes inside your hotel room. Has a small fridge (excellent for 7 Eleven shopping) and a quiet kettle. The toilet is heated. Easy to opt into the breakfast buffet in the morning.

Hotel room is very small and does not fit a suitcase well. To access our suitcase we always had to put it on the bed but then in the room there wouldn't be anywhere to sit comfortably until we pack up the suitcase and put it in the corner. There is no wardrobe for clothes.

Super close to train stations, restaurants and shopping center. Staffs are all very accommodating and give excellent customer service. Very generous with bathroom condiments which they call "amenities". And lets you use Panasonic beauty devices such as hair dryer, curlers, flat iron, and the Panasonic Nanocare Beauty device, free of charge! If you're a lady travelling with your girl friends, you'll love this hotel! You may ask them to arrange your hotel-airport vise versa pick up as well. Very excellent!

Just that they don't clean and change towels daily unless you ask them to, which is not a big deal to be honest if you're the type of guest who just leave stuff around your room and wants full privacy! Nothing that a request that can't be done! All in all, GREAT HOTEL!

Location was perfect. Right next to the metro station and within walking distance to Dotonbori, the Glico Sign, and many major shopping streets and food markets. The room itself was clean and comfortable, although it was on the smaller side (which is typical for Japan). The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and were even able to assist with shipping my larger suitcase to my next hotel so I wouldn't have to carry it on the Shinkansen.

The room technically had a window, but the glass was obscure so you couldn't actually see out of it. It wasn't a huge problem though since it just looked out onto an alleyway.
