The beds were comfortable were comfortable and the room was clean. The rooms were a decent size. The location was excellent. So convenient. Close to train station and restaurants. Yodobashi Shopping Centre is also about a 10 mins walk. There is a 7/11 and Family Mart just 3 mins walk. Isezakicho (donki/shops/restaurants are also about a 20min walk.)

The laundry room and washing machine should be cleaned and maintained more often. There was a lot of residue in the machines. The dryer had a lot of fluff which made our clothes worse than before. We complained to staff but they didn't offer any refunds, and said they can't do anything except wait for maintenance to come and clean it.

It was clean and location was convenient. It’s just 3min from the subway station. There are several convenience stores in the area.

The room was pretty small. I couldn’t open my suitcase so I had to open it on the bed. The are doesn’t have a lot of options to eat.

The location was very convenient. It's close to the train station and the bus stop. There's a buffet breakfast. The staff were accommodating and approachable. There's a staff who speaks good English so there was no problem with communication. I was able to send my luggage in advance.

On the first day, the room was a little dusty and there was a spider web in the bathroom. You have to purchase a ticket to access movies which I didn't experience with other hotels here in Japan. It was not a major concern for me though because movie watching was not the highlight of my stay.

It was clean, quiet, near the places guests would like to go to like convenience stores, banks, and the train stations. I love hotels in Japan! They’re meant for travelers to experience convenience. I wish the hotels in the Philippines were like these as well.

It would be better if the TV would allow me to watch Netflix, Youtube, or Spotify. Can’t do any of these things. Also, the room is quite small. Still, it was good for a short stay. We were only there for 1 night so it’s all good.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was great. Rooms generally clean. Strong ac. Fairly great value.

Under furniture and desk/TV were still dusty. The position and size of the desk and bed made it almost impossible to sit in the chair at the desk but not a bug deal. No designated smoking area.

Nice hotel in a good location. Breakfast almost always the same, but there is a lot of stuff to choose from and they are yummy. Very friendly staff, especially waiter responsible for breakfast! Rooms clean, garbage taken every day, towels changed also every day.

No smoking room available. Not everyone likes to smoke in the room where they sleep.

Hotel is in a very nice location. Train stain is close by and many restaurants around. there is river close by. if you get a room woth windows facing it. you get a good vieW of trains passing by. It is good foR families woth kids as kids love to see trains.

Cloth washing and microwave are in 2nd floor. So if you get a room in top floors it will be difficult to go down always to heat food or milk for kids .

The Hotel was very nice, clean and the location was also in a great location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It was near to many interesting places in Yokohama. The price was also reasonable.

The only problem was the car parking, although we sent them a message that we wanted a car parking, but when we arrived they told us that we must call them. Anyhow, there were cheap parking available nearby.

I love that the hotel is located a few walking distance to/from a train station. The staff members at the reception are very polite, efficient and helpful. We also enjoyed the yummy breakfast buffet with just enough choice of food and beverages.

The 3-bed room is tight for us to move about and does not have much space to rest 3 medium-sized luggages.

Room was comfortable... Queen room had TV, desk chair little coffee table. Not lots of room to move around but fine. Bathroom was good. staff were friendly, room cleaning service was meticulous. A/C and fridge in room (both needed as during a heatwave)

Booking.com label the price as the total price you pay for your trip but it is actually a price per night. Still a good price but misleading.
