Perfect location Great staff very friendly and helpful Facilities are good you can do laundry for a very low cost Beds are super comfy I love the room services they offer you can have an eco clean which is just replacing of towels etc or you can request they do a full clean or you can request neither. It’s super handy. You can also leave your luggage if you arrive before check in, I returned a little after my check in and the staff kindly had put my luggage in my room! I loved my stay so much I extended it but had to downgrade rooms as the one I was in wasn’t available but the downgrade was still decent especially for the cost!

I do wish there was a smart tv there were limited channels it would’ve been good to have Netflix Also wish the coffee available was better but not an issue as you can just get your own from the 7/11 which is literally next door!! These aren’t complaints just veryyy minor details!

From ikebukuro station, take exit 34 for the lift if you have luggage’s. It’s within a few minutes and so easy to find. Has laundry and dryer that’s open 24/7- laundry powder available for Y100. Their Kingsize bed- is the same as Australia Super King size bed. . The location is great- so close to everything. 7-eleven underneath, so convenient. Ichiran ramen and Gyukatsu around the corner… yum! Nearby to Sunshine City Mall.

Small lift but has 2 of them. So it’s adequate and never had to wait very long .

Moderate double room is really big enough. Desk is good. TV with unlocked HDMI. Bed is great. I like that you can clean room any day you want, but without forcing to clean if you are not ready. I also got adapter for European plug, although it is matter of the current availability.

Chair is not good for back, light is not good enough for work, I was missing some neon light at the desk. Wi-fi is sometimes ok, but sometimes unusable, although it was like that in all hotels in Japan where I was.

The hotel location is great, please confirm the room type during checkin , i booked for three different rooms type, one of the staffs told me the room is bunk ( diff with my booking , however the room actually is not bunk means its correct ). There is an non japanese female staff very helpful to explain and also assist us with the car park and very friendly as well. The car park is small and everytime you need to go out with the car have to notice then as the car could be parked in “top shelf “ that have to use the lift. Since we dont need the car during the stay so its ok.

Staff were very friendly and have good spoken English. The rooms were clean and tidy with fast and free WiFi. There's also a coin operated laundry cum dryer room too, the front desk counter will even help you exchange 100-yen coins to use the machines. The surrounding area has a good selection of things to eat but not many attractions to see but with it's proximity to Ikebukuro Station, you are just a short walk away to being able access the whole of Tokyo

There weren't many negatives during our stay there. Only thing to note is that the room is smaller than you might expect We had 3 to a room and it was quite cramp.

Hotel location is very strategic, 5mins walk to the popular Sunshine 60 Street/Shopping Street & Ikebukuro Station. There's few 24hrs shops near hotel e.g. 24hr Fuji Soba restaurant at the road junction, Don Quijote. a popular long queue I'm donut? shop behind the hotel.

Only issue is if you having big heavy luggages, all the station exits are staircase & the only elevator is located less than 10mins walk next to Exit 34 opp. the main East exit.

Very convenient, enjoy the self serve laundry but the dryer isn’t hot enough and it takes longer time to dry. Very appreciated with the complimentary green tea and coffee on the 3rd floor. Support the idea of the environmental clean up. It is okay not to clean up the room daily, replace the towels daily is necessary. The room is a bit small overall. Thank you for reading my comments.

The sofa bed should put a thick mattress on it. My son has back pain after sleeping a couple of nights.

The location is right outside of the ikebukuro station and a real short walk from the east exit. a few meters from lots of stuff like the sunshine mall, donquijote, and more! The room was better than other places i have been to as a budget traveler but unfortunately there was no microwave in the actual room but there was one in the lobby which wasn't a big problem. Staff was also very amazing and helped me with any/all questions i had

as a slightly taller person (182cm/6'1) the rooms did feel a bit small but i was able to manage it pretty easily. besides that there wasn't anything that would make me dislike the location.

I dont usually write public reviews. But the staff at Centurion Hotel were exceptional and very friendly.. I stayed in the hotel as a visitor but my son was sick and had bad fever the night before the check out date. Although I don't say Japanese, but the Chinese lady at the front desk (sorry I forgot to ask her name) spent time helping me to call a local clinic in my tight check out and flight schedules this morning and explained the situation to the clinic, writing me the appointment notes to the clinic, etc. It saved us lot of trouble during such a stressful schedule when we visited the clinic.. She really goes above and beyond in her role. Other staff during our stay were also very friendly and gave us warm smiles whenever seeing us. We enjoyed our say very much. Thank you so much!

The location of this hotel is perfect! It's located right next to a 7-Eleven, which was incredibly convenient, and is also very close to the train station in the heart of Ikebukuro. The room size was good for Tokyo standards. I highly recommend this spot for anyone traveling who plans to explore various districts using the train. After long days of sightseeing, it was a relief to have just a short walk back to the room.
